On the fitness treadmill - a survey of 300 business travellers conducted for Westin revealed, that some work out naked in their hotel room. (Are you one of them?)

The survey by Lieberman Research Worldwide for Westin showed that 40% confessed to eating more on the road; 17% gain weight when travelling and 37% feel more stress on the road than at home.

Up to 50% work out in their hotel rooms on occasion and 95% (thank goodness) say they work out in shorts and T-shirt. But 30% said they work out in their underwear and 11% like doing it naked.

And next time if you're wondering where a business associate has sneaked off to during meetings and social gatherings, he's probably squeezing in a workout as 30% said they did in the survey.

Yeah, right.

Version 2.0 of SHY Connection. So why thetransitcafe? Well, because most of us in the travel industry spend a lot of our time in transit, and what do we do during transit? We grab a cuppa, we catch up on our reading, we do our emails, we chat online with friends, we make new friends sometimes, we exchange pleasantries with fellow travellers and we do a little shopping. www.thetransitcafe.com
