Developed in partnership with leading Western Australian property developer Hesperia, the hotel is located in Murdoch, Perth’s fastest-growing urban catchment and features an all-day contemporary dining venue, Substance Restaurant & Bar, as well as flexible spaces for meetings and a 24-hour fitness centre.

Located approximately 10 minutes from Perth’s Central Business District and 25 minutes from Perth International Airport, the hotel will attract a broad range of business and leisure travellers as well as those visiting the nearby Fiona Stanley and St John of God, Murdoch hospitals and Murdoch University.

The Courtyard by Marriott brand has the largest global footprint among Marriott Bonvoy’s portfolio of over 30 brands, focusing on thoughtful, sophisticated design elements and amenities, providing travellers with an elevated experience to relax and recharge.

Courtyard by Marriott Perth, Murdoch marks the brand’s first hotel in Western Australia as part our ambitious expansion strategy. We are excited to continue opening hotels in significant urban growth corridors and the Murdoch Health and Knowledge precinct being Western Australia's newest healthcare and commercial district is an ideal fit for Courtyard by Marriott, allowing the hotel to appeal to a broad range of leisure and business travelers.
