Pontiac Land Group is expected to appoint Hilton to manage its 440-room Cuscaden Road hotel that currently trades as Regent Singapore.

Hilton will operate the hotel under its Conrad brand, sources told The Business Times.

While the existing Conrad Centennial Singapore sits in the Marina Bay ‘dress circle’ off Raffles Boulevard, the Regent is perched at the other end of the city, near the start of the bustling Orchard Road strip and neighbouring to other high-end properties including The St Regis and Four Seasons.

But the Conrad Singapore Orchard won’t just be a rebranding – Hilton promises the recent, which first opened in 1988 as the Pavilion InterContinental Singapore, will be a bolder reimagining.
