Riyadh’s hotel industry reported steady performance levels compared with recent months.

• Occupancy: 72.2%
• Average daily rate (ADR): SAR652.09
• Revenue per available room (RevPAR): SAR471.01

This was Riyadh’s third February since 2015 with an occupancy level above 70%. Additionally, the RevPAR level was the market’s second highest of the pandemic-era, behind December 2021 (SAR472.07).
