Growth Properties announced today that they have entered into an agreement, to manage the Lancaster Arts Hotel in Lancaster, PA.  Growth Properties is a Pennsylvania based Hotel Management Company.

The Lancaster Hotel will be a newly constructed 68 room upscale boutique hotel located on Harrisburg Avenue in Lancaster, PA.  The hotel will be converted from an old tobacco and storage warehouse into a luxury boutique hotel. Construction is slated to start on August 23^rd with an anticipated opening date of May 1, 2006.
