Six Senses to develop in Oman.

Plans announced at the recent Arabian Travel Forum, to develop an Evason Hideaway at Musandam in the Sultanate of Oman. The boutique property will comprise of 85 pool villas and suites with a private Marina surrounded by mountainous area with 1.6 kilometer sandy beach at Zighy Bay - a secluded fishing village located on the Sultanate's northern Musandam Peninsula.

Evason Hideaway at Zighy Bay, scheduled for completion by the end of 2006, will reflect the brand's positioning of Innovative Style. It will offer a choice of dining alternatives – from a hilltop restaurant serving international cuisine to a central coffee shop that also features regional specialties. The focus on a superior level of service will be evidenced by personal pool villa butlers.

A spa, operated by award-winning Six Senses Spas, will offer eight treatment rooms and focus on holistic wellness and rejuvenation. It will offer a full menu of treatments including the four-handed signature Sensory Journey.

Guest will have a choice of three arrival experiences. A scenic 10 minute drive by speed boat or from the top of the hill overlooking the bay they can be driven down to the location villa, alternatively travel as a companion passenger with the Hideaway's professional paraglider!

Evason Hideaway & Six Senses Spa at Zighy Bay is a US$ 27 million (twenty seven million us dollars) development owned by Al Marsa Travel & Tourism – Oman and operated by Six Senses Resorts & Spas.
