A new exciting Bar & Restaurant and Lounge has opened, replacing the old Tiara Revolving Restaurant, this trendy establishment is located on the 31^st and 32^nd floors of the building.

360Ëš offers exciting western cuisine, refreshing cocktails and the largest selection of wine in Guangdong Province with superb views of Hong Kong's New Territories and Shenzhen City's skyline.

360 ° is universally identified with a circle. The symbol suggests panoramic views, completeness, fulfilment and company of a circle of friends. Food is served in bowls of various shapes, sizes and colours. The cuisine is contemporary western cuisine with an Asian twist.

The design concept for 360° Bar Restaurant Lounge is to create different experiences within one space that are linked through various design elements and colour palette.

The entrance leads into the main bar that is clean and crisp with white and red high black banquettes and retro style lounge chairs to give the area a young and funky ambiance. The oversized spaghetti chandeliers draw the eyes to a unique and dramatic focal point of the bar.

The Eastern Lounge is reminiscent of the glamour of Shanghai in the 1930's. A dark wood finish offsets the Chinese golds and reds that echo the red colour of the bar. The atmosphere is clubby, like a library lounge.

The Western Lounge has a contemporary design, using colours that run through the blue spectrum combined with cream and tan. Antique Chinese artifacts are illuminated by contemporary lighting and accessories to complement the design.

From the lift lobby, a staircase with glass railing leads to the 32/F Loft. Curved balconies and lounge seating provide an excellent view of all that is happening a floor below and yet allow more intimacy. Red graduated glass balustrades allow privacy without blocking the view. This floor also features a private dining room – ZEN – that can seat up to 10 guests.

360° Restaurant has a seating capacity of 80 guests on the 31/F, 18 guests on the 32/F Loft plus 10 guests in the ZEN room.

The Bar, Eastern and Western Lounge can accommodate 100 guests. The restaurant is open daily for lunch and dinner from 11:30am to 2:30pm and 5:30pm to 10:30pm. The Bar and Lounge starts operating from 5pm to 1am on weekdays and from 5pm to 2am on weekends.

The designer is the award-winning CL3 Architects Ltd, which is currently based in Hong Kong and has offices in Singapore, Bangkok, Shanghai and Beijing.

The company also designed the Nadaman in Kowloon Shangri-La and Satoo Café in Shangri-La, Jakarta.
