Meliá Hotels International and the Princesa de Girona Foundation organise courses to help young people stand out in the current labour market.

Fourteen youngsters from all over Spain took part in a training course at the Meliá Madrid Princesa hotel named "The brand named you".

The main course objective is to reinforce the strengths of young people and help them get a start in the labour market. Over a four-day period, Meliá helped young graduates to become more aware of their personal brand and provide them with the tools and knowledge they will need to make progress in the labour market.

The course was organised together with the "Talent Rescue" programme run by the Princesa de Girona Foundation. The programme aims to enhance the employability of young people and especially recent graduates, by encouraging mobility between different regions.

To achieve this, the Foundation works with leading companies such as Meliá Hotels International to help assess and guide young people and develop key skills and competences.
