The tourism in the United Arab Emirates is florishing – as well as the hotel construction; in the UAE' metropolises arises more than 80 new high class hotels
During the next three years more than 88 new four and five star hotels with more than 31,000 rooms will arise in the metropolises Dubai and Abu Dhabi. This data has been revealed by a current analysis of TOPHOTELPROJECTS, the worldwide leading provider of global b2b hotel data.
Alone in Dubai 31 new high class properties with more than 10,000 rooms will open their doors this year. Last year about 2,900 new rooms entered the hotel market, thereof luxury hotels by the brands Ritz Carlton, Sofitel Anantara, Oberoi and Conrad.
One outstanding hotel project is the Bespoke Hotel Dubai with 1,400 rooms, which will open late this year in the new media centre "Dubai Pearl". (

In Abu Dhabi 26 new top hotels with about 9,400 rooms are currently in the pipeline. 17 of this projects with more than 5,200 rooms will open this year.
During the past year the cities got about 1,700 new rooms in hotels such as Dusit Thani, Rosewood and St. Regis. One of the most outstanding projects are the Tameer Towers (picture) with service apartments (about 1,050 suites and apartments), the opening is scheduled for this year's November.
