eRevMax was showing off its new LIVE OS system at the ITB Convention in Berlin, Germany.

The system, developed fifteen years after the company's channel manager software RateTiger, offers hotels a single sign-on solution that gives them access to multiple applications and service providers.

The company claims that it optimises resource time, creating efficiency; allows hotels to access its data live or in-memory; and proactively spots key trends and opportunities.

Alin Lazar, sales manager for the company, explained to 4Hoteliers how the system worked. He said, “In a channel manager, you have multiple different channels that you can manage from one dashboard. With LIVE OS, you can add systems and different apps. You can create a single sign-on for the entire system. In LIVE OS, we can pull the data from different sources, crunch it, and convert it into actions.”

Lazar said that eRevMax has a partnership with Expedia that allows for the transfer of data from the latter to the former that no other company has. That data includes lost bookings and revenue generator. Most importantly, Lazar said, the LIVE OS is free to hotels already using their products RateTiger or Connect.”

Lazar added, “Everything is too complicated. What we're trying to do is make things easier and simpler. It's easy to make things complicated but hard if you want to simplify them. But with us, you can get everything from LIVE OS. It's just like using Apple's app store.”
