Lithuania makes its debut at ITB Asia 2025

Lithuania is at ITB Asia for the first time this year, inviting Asian travel professionals to discover a destination full of surprises.

On the stand visitors can meet Lithuania Travel alongside two inbound experts, Delta Tours and Amber Tours, offering tailor-made experiences across the country and beyond.

Tucked between Poland and Latvia, Lithuania is the southernmost of the Baltic states containing medieval castles, baroque churches, and modern creative scenes. Vilnius, the capital, is home to one of Europe’s largest UNESCO-listed historic towns, and it’s just a 30-minute drive from the fairytale island castle of Trakai.

Beyond heritage and historic monuments, Lithuania is also a green, calm destination full of nature. With many forests, lakes, and short travel distances, it’s ideal for “coolcations” especially for travellers looking to beat the heat in summer when much of Europe is very hot. Vilnius has been named European Green Capital 2025, and in many ways, shares the same “city in a garden” spirit as Singapore.

In addition, the country’s amber traditions, hearty local food, and the option of combining all three Baltic countries in one trip offers a refreshingly alternative European experience.
