ITB Berlin will take place live in Berlin from 5 to 7 March 2024, introducing several innovations.

Reduced ticket rates are available until 14 January 2024. The World’s Leading Travel Trade Show also offers a wide range of meeting and event options for exhibitors, including the new Meeting Cubes.

The ITB Berlin ticket shop is live, offering unlimited passes for trade visitors normally costing 75 euros for the early-bird rate of 60 euros. Day tickets for trade visitors are available for the early-bird price of 42 euros instead of 49 euros. Reduced-rate student day tickets cost 33.50 euros, and unlimited student passes 44 euros. From 15 January tickets in the online shop will be sold at regular prices. All tickets are only available online.

Fully Digital Tickets for visitors only interested in virtual events at ITB Berlin 2024 are available for 35 euros. Ticket holders with disabilities officially requiring a helper can obtain a free ticket for that person upon presentation of a valid disability card at one of the information counters. Exhibitor passes are on sale for 60 euros at the BECO webshop.

Digital companion platform ITBxplore offers attractive benefits

ITBxplore is the virtual companion to ITB Berlin’s live events, offering visitors a range of benefits both on the web and in the app. Exhibitors can create their ITBxplore profiles and start attracting attention in the days leading up to the official opening of the World’s Leading Travel Trade Show.

All visitors can use ITBxplore as a search engine and appointment calendar, as well as leverage the comprehensive exhibitor list, networking features, an interactive hall map, and a detailed overview of the daily programme, including the Convention events.

The platform also lets users follow live streams of select events and schedule meetings during the show. Finally, ITBxplore also serves as a networking platform, bringing exhibitors and visitors together. This paves the way for the exchange of valuable insights and experience. The ITB team will be happy to answer any questions about the platform at support@messe-berlin.de.

Giving exhibitors room for flexibility

ITB Berlin also offers a wide range of attractive meeting room options for booking by exhibitors and co-exhibitors. The secluded Meeting Cubes, bookable per hour, are an innovative new option for holding brief confidential talks in small groups. Reservations open in mid-December. Exhibitors wishing to book can already contact the ITB Berlin team

The tried and tested ITB Business Satellites are based on a similar concept. Exhibitors and trade visitors can easily book meeting tables sitting up to four people at an hourly rate of EUR 75 online via smartphone before or during the event. The tables are scattered at various locations across the grounds: in Hall 3.1, hub27, Hall 8.2, and Hall 18.

New: for an extra 14 euros you can order a soft or a hot drink of your choice for the participants. The ITB Berlin catering facilities available directly at the Business Satellite can accommodate additional drinks orders. The table booking platform will go online in mid-December.

Numerous well-equipped rooms are also available on the exhibition grounds and in the neighbouring halls of the CityCube Berlin and hub27. They can accomodate larger event formats such as press conferences, presentations, or workshops. Further information is available on the ITB Berlin website under Exhibitor events.

The Hybrid Stage in Hall 5.3 will serve as one of the major attraction points – following its successful debut at ITB Berlin 2023. The 2024 edition will accommodate up to 100 participants. All events at the Hybrid Stage will be live-streamed via ITBxplore.
