Hilton Hotels has promoted Ronen Nissenbaum to Vice President of Operations for Luxury Hotels, Americas. He was most recently serving as Managing Director for the Waldorf=Astoria New York.

Michael Hoffmann takes over from Ronen Nissenbaum as Managing Director for the Waldorf=Astoria New York. Hoffmann, a Lausanne graduate, was most recently Vice President of Brand Performance Support for Waldorf Astoria and Conrad Hotels & Resorts for Hilton Hotels.

John Schafer has been appointed Area Vice President and General Manager at the Grand Hyatt New York. He was most recently the Vice President and Managing Director of the Manchester Grand Hyatt San Diego.

Olivia Brown has been named General Manager at the Bellagio. She was most recently General Manager at the Ritz-Carlton Philadelphia. She had previously served as Hotel Manager and Director of Food and Beverage at the Ritz-Carlton Buckhead.

Denihan Hospitality has named Carl Cohen to the newly-created position of Chief Experience Officer. Cohen was most recently with MGM Resorts International as Chief Marketing Officer and Vice President Marketing for City Center.

David Weidlich has joined Loews Hotels and Resorts as Vice President Operations, Eastern Region. He was most recently serving as Vice President, Global Hotel Operations, for Club Quarters. He is the former President, Hotel Division, at the Amsterdam Hospitality Group.

Simon Mais has been appointed Managing Director at the Loews Regency New York, replacing Jim McPartlin. He was most recently with Northwood Hospitality Group as Vice President of Asset Management. Mais is the former General Manager of the Revere Hotel in Boston, the Clift and the Hudson.

Rancho Valencia Resort & Spa has named Noel Daniel General Manager. She was most recently overseeing both the Hotel Madeline Telluride and the Inn at Lost Creek as General Manager.

The W Fort Lauderdale has appointed Anna MacDiarmid General Manager. Most recently, MacDiarmid held the role of General Manager at the W New York.

Hector Moreno has moved as General Manager to the Riviera Palm Springs. He was most recently overseeing the Miramonte Resort and Spa in nearby Indian Wells. Moreno is the former Vice President and General Manager at the Hard Rock Hotel Palm Springs.

Shannon Foster has been appointed General Manager of the Hotel Solamar in San Diego. For the past three years, she had been overseeing Kimpton’s Hotel La Jolla.

James Dannecker has been named General Manager at the Restoration Hotel in Charleston. He is the former Director of Front Office and VIP Operations at the SLS Las Vegas.

Jay Sheldon has been named General Manager of the Omni Richmond. Sheldon was most recently the Hotel Manager of the Omni Fort Worth and was previously with Gaylord Hotels.

David Ecija has been named General Manager of the Hilton São Paulo Morumbi. Ecija was most recently Cluster General Manager of the Hilton Sukhumvit and DoubleTree by Hilton Sukhumvit in Bangkok.

Alex Andrade is now in Puerto Vallarta as General Manager for Secrets Vallarta Bay and Now Amber. For the past five years, he had been overseeing Dreams Tulum Resort and Spa. He is the former General Manager at ME Cancún and Secrets Capri Riviera Cancún.

Jonathan Reynolds has been appointed General Manager at Shangri-La’s Rasa Ria Resort & Spa in Malaysia. He was most recently with the Futian Shangri-La Shenzhen as Resident Manager.

Todd Yamaoka has been named General Manager at the Viceroy Santa Monica. He was most recently serving as Resort Manager at the Viceroy Anguilla. Yamaoka is the former Resort Manager at the Four Seasons Whistler and the Four Seasons Lanai, The Lodge at Koele.

Ana Marie Mormando has moved to the Mansion at the MGM Grand Las Vegas as General Manager. She was most recently the Vice President Hotel Operations at Bellagio after serving the resort for six years as Vice President Food and Beverage.

Joanne Cox has moved to Luxe Hotels of Los Angeles as Chief Financial Officer. She was most recently serving as Vice President Global Risk Management and Compliance for the Viceroy Hotel Group.

Steven Riely has been named General Manager of the Bimini Big Game Club Resort & Marina in the Bahamas, replacing Dafna Ronis, who has left the resort on medical leave. Riely most recently served as President and Chief Executive Officer for Compass Resort Solutions.

Nathalie Urban has joined the W Vieques Retreat and Spa as General Manager. She was most recently overseeing the Presidente InterContinental Cancún.

Jay Keller has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer at Strand Hospitality. He was most recently serving the company as Vice President of Operations after joining Strand as Regional Director of Operations.

Ron Pellerine has been appointed General Manager at the Langham Boston. He is the former General Manager of the Metropolitan Hotel Toronto and the Chelsea Hotel Toronto, now managed by Langham.

John Rogers has been appointed General Manager at Carlisle Bay in Antigua. He was most recently the General Manager at the Hideaway Nungi Resort and Spa.

Becky Vealey has been named General Manager at the Sheraton Sioux Falls & Convention Center. Vealey was most recently Director of Sales and Marketing for the Embassy Suites by Hilton Nashville SE �" Murfreesboro.

Gerald Rappaport has been appointed General Manager of the Skirvin Hilton Hotel. He most recently served as General Manager of the Hotel Phillips in Kansas City.

Jon Goldberg is the new Hotel Manager at Gild Hall. He was most recently the Director of Operations at Smyth. Goldberg is the former Director of Rooms for the Royalton and the Atlantic Resort and Spa.

Brandi Hyder is the new Hotel Manager at the Logan Hotel, formerly the Four Seasons Philadelphia. Hyder was most recently the Hotel Manager at the Eden Roc Miami Beach.

Randy Gardner has moved over as Hotel Manager to the Godfrey Hotel Chicago. He was most recently in the same position for the Hotel Felix.

Shane Mcweeny has returned to Boston to take on the role of Hotel Manager for the Lenox Hotel, Back Bay. He was previously Director of Operations at the Hotel Commonwealth before taking on his most recent role of Director of Rooms as the Beverly Hills Hotel.

Franck Savoy is now in Santa Monica as Director of Operations for Casa del Mar. He was most recently Director of Food and Beverage at the Hilton Nashville. He had previously served in food and beverage posts with the Four Seasons New York and Caesars Palace.

Vern Lakusta is now the Director of Hotel Operations at the Langham Hotel Pasadena. He had joined the resort in 2012 as Director of Food and Beverage. Lakusta is the former Director of Food and Beverage at the W Hotel Los Angeles.

Carolina Serrano has taken up the post of Regional Director of Residences for the Four Seasons Residences at The Surf Club. She was most recently with the Four Seasons Miami Hotel and Tower as Director of Residences.

The Four Seasons Costa Rica has named Ryan Grande Director of Residences. He was most recently with the Four Seasons Vancouver as Assistant Director of Rooms.

Greg Denton has been appointed Senior Vice President of Hotel Investments at the Dow Hotel Company in Seattle. The Cornell graduate is a former Senior Vice President at the Related Group.

Jonathan Kercheval has been named Regional Bench Director of Finance, Americas Western Region, for Marriott International. He was most recently the Director of Finance for the Ritz-Carlton Phoenix. Kercheval is the former Senior Assistant Director of Finance at the JW Marriott Camelback Inn and Assistant Controller for the Marriott Vacation Club at Canyon Villas.

Ambre Delozier has been named Senior Assistant Director of Finance and Accounting for Gaylord Hotels. Delozier is the former Assistant Director of Finance and Accounting at Marriott International.

Deborah Cerrato has been named Corporate Controller at Benchmark Hospitality. She was previously Director of Finance/Controller for Hilton Hotels.

Will Rentscher has been named Director of Food and Beverage at the Knickerbocker in New York. He is the former Director of Food and Beverage at the Capella Washington, D.C. and the Founder’s Inn and Spa.

Patrick Lowe has been named Executive Director of Food and Beverage for Devil’s Thumb Ranch Resort & Spa. He was most recently the Director of Food and Beverage for the Snow King Hotel and Grandview Lodge. He had previously overseen food and beverage at the Riviera Palm Springs and the Paradise Point Resort & Spa.

Chris Griesser has been named Food and Beverage Director at the Ace Hotel Pittsburgh. He had previously managed food and beverage with the Four Seasons Residence Club Aviara and the Kohanaiki Club in Hawaii.

Kelly Weiss has moved as Director of Food and Beverage to the Riviera Palm Springs. Weiss was most recently in the same position at the Miramonte Resort.

Joe Orichiella has been appointed Director of Food and Beverage at the Eaglewood Resort & Spa. He was previously the Director of Food and Beverage for the Island Hotel and Assistant General Manager for the Toll House Hotel.

Eric Toles has been promoted to Director of Food and Beverage for the The Landings St.Lucia. He was most recently serving as Food and Beverage Manager/Sommelier for Cotton House.

Abdullah Vural is now in Napa Valley as President for Peju Winery. Vural is the former General Manager at the Ritz-Carlton Bachelor Gulch.

Michele Zaccone has been named Senior Manager of Restaurants for the University of Southern California. For the past year, Zaccone had served as Restaurant Manager for Mastro’s Steakhouse in Malibu, and is the former Restaurant General Manager at Mattel’s American Girl Café in Los Angeles.

John Miller has been appointed Senior Vice President Design and Construction at Four Seasons Hotels and Resort. He was most recently the Vice President, Design and Construction, Asia-Pacific with MGM Resorts International and had previously spent more than 22 years with the Peninsula Hotels Group.

Eileen Madigan has been appointed Vice President, Creative at Four Seasons Hotels and Resort. She was most recently the Corporate Director for Interior Design at Rosewood Hotels and Resorts.

Mari Balestrazzi has joined Hyatt Hotels in Chicago as Vice President Design Services Americas. For the past two years, she had served as Group Director Architecture and Design at Value Retail in London. She had previously served six years with the Morgans Hotel Group joining initially as Vice President of Design before being promoted to Senior Vice President of Design.

Bart Carnahan has joined Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts as Executive Vice President, Global Business Development. For the past eight years, he had been with Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide as Senior Vice President Acquisitions & Development, EAME, and previously spent 17 years with Marriott International.

Chip Ohlsson has been appointed Chief Development Officer at Wyndham. Ohlsson was most recently the Vice President of North American Development at Starwood Hotels & Resorts.

Benchmark Hospitality has appointed Emily Smith Director of Development, based in Washington, D.C. She was most recently the Director of investment & portfolio analysis and asset management for RLJ Lodging Trust of Bethesda.

Dwayne Williams has joined Magnolia Hotels as Director of Business Development. He was most recently serving as Operations Manager for Inspirato. Williams is the former Director of Group Sales at the Hay Adams in Washington, D.C.

Jessica Johnson has joined the St. Regis Aspen as Director of Human Resources. She was most recently in the same post for the W Hotel San Diego. Johnson is the former Human Resources Manager at Rancho Bernardo Inn and the St. Regis San Francisco.

Lisa Welch has been named Director of People and Culture at Harwood Hospitality. She is the former Director of People and Culture for the Joule Dallas/Fort Worth.

Olivier Quignon has joined L’Ermitage in Beverly Hills as Executive Chef to launch the new restaurant, Avec Nous. He is the former Executive Chef for Bar Boulud.

The JW Marriott Houston Downtown has appointed Jelle Vandenbroucke Executive Sous Chef. He had held similar posts with the Four Seasons Westlake Village, the Four Seasons Seattle and most recently the Four Seasons Boston.

Chris Ford has returned to Four Seasons as Executive Pastry Chef at the Beverly Wilshire. He had previously served as Executive Pastry Chef at the Four Seasons Baltimore before serving as Pastry Chef of Thomas Keller’s Bouchon, Bouchon Bakery and Bar Bouchon. He then left Keller to team up with Bryan Voltaggio as Corporate Pastry Chef.

Thierry Delourneaux has been named Executive Pastry Chef at the Rainbow Room in New York. He is the former Executive Pastry Chef at the Fairmont Southampton and the Fairmont and Swissotel The Stamford, both in Singapore

Simon Bregardis has been named Executive Pastry Chef at the Fontainebleau Miami Beach. He was most recently the Assistant Executive Pastry Chef at the Bellagio.

Chef Kerry Simon, who had ridden the wave of early American-born celebrity chefs, has died following a long illness. Trained in France in such “bastions” of fine cuisine as L’Oasis and La Bonne Auberge, it was under Jean-Georges Vongerichten at New York’s Lafayette that he spread his wings. After 3 years as Chef de Cuisine at the Plaza, his career took him to Miami and Las Vegas, where he partnered with Elizabeth Blau to open Kerry at the Hard Rock.

Manuel Enfedaque has been named Dining Club Director for the Rainbow Room. He was most recently the General Manager at Bouley Restaurant. He is the former In Room Dining Director at the Mandarin Oriental New York.

Jenny Yun is now at Manresa as General Manager. She was most recently managing Michael Mina’s Bourbon Steak and Clock Bar in San Francisco.

Ekrem Koroglu is now at the Beverly Wilshire as Director of Rooms. He was most recently the Director of Rooms at the Four Seasons Istanbul at the Bosphorus.

The Four Seasons Scottsdale has promoted Estreya Gosalbez to Director of Rooms. She joined the resort last year as Assistant Director of Rooms. She was previously with the Four Seasons Buenos Aires as Front Office Manager.

Randy Diamond has moved to Shutters on the Beach as Director of Rooms. He was most recently serving as Assistant Director of Rooms at the Beverly Wilshire. He had previously served in the same position at the former Four Seasons Ritz-Carlton Chicago.

Ryan Cunningham is now in Washington, D.C. as Director of Rooms for the Watergate Hotel. He was most recently in the same position with the Hotel Bel-Air. He had previously served as Director of Rooms and Director of Front Office at the Peninsula Chicago.

Ronel Corbin has been appointed Executive Vice President of Health, Wellness & Spa at the Carillon Hotel & Spa in Miami. She is the former U.S. Senior Vice President for ESPA International.

EUROPE

Roeland Vos has been named President and Chief Executive Officer at Belmond in London, taking over from John Scott. Vos is the former President-Europe, Africa and Middle East, with Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide.

Small Luxury Hotels of the World in London has appointed Filip Boyen Chief Executive Officer. For the past six years, he had been Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Belmond.

Didier Le Calvez has been promoted to the newly created role of Chief Operating Officer at the Oetker Collection. He was most recently serving the company as Senior Vice President Sales and Marketing.

Fredrik Korallus has been appointed Chief Executive Officer at Generator Hostels in London. He was most recently the Chief Executive Officer for The Hotel Collection and previously spent over 20 years with Carlson Rezidor.

Laurent Branover is the new General Manager at La Réserve Geneva. He was most recently overseeing the Palais Namaskar in Marrakech. He is the former Hotel Manager at Raffles Singapore and Assistant General Manager at the Hotel Métropole Monte Carlo.

Stuart Procter has returned as General Manager at the Stafford London. He had previously held the same position before joining GG Hospitality as Managing Director.

Marc Leveau is now at Le Domaine des Etangs as General Manager, taking over from Nathalie Bee. Leveau was most recently serving as General Manager at the Grand-Hotel du Cap-Ferrat.

Laurent Driole has been appointed General Manager at the Hotel Les Bains in Paris. He is the former Director of Food and Beverage at the Westin Paris Vendôme, the Swissôtel Krasnye Holmy and the Reverie Saigon.

Eric Baptista has been appointed Chief Executive Officer at Temmos Hotels in France. For the past four years, he served as Managing Partner of Idea Hotel Management.

Jan-Paul Kroese has been appointed General Manager at the Belmond Le Manoir aux Quat’ Saisons in Oxfordshire succeeding Philip Newman-Hall, who is retiring. Kroese had been managing the Château St. Gerlach since 2011.

Peter Knoll has been appointed General Manager at the Palais Hansen Kempinski in Vienna, taking over from Markus Lueck. Knoll is the former General Manager at the Kempinski Hotel Adriatic in Croatia and at the Kempinski Hybernska Prague.

Michael Voight has left his role as General Manager of the Arch London to oversee the opening of a new luxury boutique hotel in Holborn, L’Oscar Hotel, slated to open September 2016. He was previously the Hotel Manager at Pennyhill Park in Bagshot, Surrey.

Eva Mount takes over from Michael Voight as General Manager of the Arch London. Mount was most recently at Firmdale Hotels’ Dorset Square as General Manager.

The Royal York Hotel has named Stephen Carter General Manager. He is the former Managing Director of the Cameron House Hotel and Resort on Loch Lomond.

Tom Ross has been promoted with Home Grown Hotels to Operations Director �" Bath and Combe. He was most recently the Hotel Director at the Pig near Bath.

Sarah Holden has been promoted from Restaurant Manager to Hotel Director at the Pig near Bath replacing Tom Ross.

Adam Rowledge has been appointed General Manager of the Georgian House in London. He was most recently the General Manager at the Bannatyne Spa Hotel in Hastings.

Cedric Horgnies has been named General Manager of the Hilton Bournemouth slated to open in December. He was most recently serving as Director of Operations at the Hilton London Gatwick Airport.

The Pig at Combe, the former Combe House Hotel, has appointed Fiona Moores Hotel Director. She was most recently the General Manager at the Magdalan Chapter Hotel in Exeter.

Home Grown Hotels has promoted Vikki Herram from Financial Controller to Group Financial Controller, having joined the company in 2013 from Ernst & Young.

Spencer Yeo has been named Operations Director for Campbell Gray Hotels in London. He is the former General Manager at the Viceroy Santa Monica and the Viceroy Istanbul.

Calum Manekshaw has been appointed Director of Operations at the Hilton Bournemouth. He was most recently overseeing food and beverage at the Hilton Edinburgh.

James Price has been named Vice President, Residential, at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, based out of London. He was previously Head of International Residential Development for Knight Frank.

Marie Grosyeux has been named Director of Food and Beverage at the Four Seasons Prague. She was most recently the Assistant Food and Beverage Manager at the Burj Al Arab.

Gerd Von Sierakowski has been promoted to Director of Food and Beverage and joined the Four Seasons Budapest. He was most recently the Assistant Director of Food and Beverage at the Four Seasons Costa Rica and the Director of Restaurants at the Four Seasons Vail, following a stint as Banquet Manager at the Four Seasons Mexico City.

Amir Nahai has been appointed Chief Executive Officer Group Food and Beverage at Accor Hotels in Paris. Nahai was previously a partner at Bain & Company’s New York office.

Leonardo Stassi has been appointed Associate Director Acquisitions & Development Italy & Central Mediterranean at Starwood Hotels & Resorts in Rome. He was previously Development Manager Italy at Meininger Hotels.

Home Grown Hotels has named Arlene Scott Group Director of People. She was most recently overseeing human resources for the Maybourne Hotel Group in London.

The Four Seasons St. Jean Cap Ferrat has named Sandra Engel Director of Sales and Marketing, taking over from Jean-Pierre Soutric. Engel was most recently the Associate Director of Sales with the Four Seasons Hotel des Bergues Geneva.

Kos Kaklidakis has been appointed Director of Global Sales at the Rocco Forte Collection in London. He is the former Acting Director of Sales Worldwide for the Maybourne Hotel Group.

Brendan Dwyer has returned to La Manga Club in Spain as Director of Sales and Marketing. He had previously served the resort as Director of Sales before moving into primarily regional posts with Hyatt Hotels.

Seth Reimer has been appointed Sales Director at the Bairro Alto Hotel in Lisbon. He had previously held sales positions with the SANA Hotels Myriad Hotel, the CampoReal Golf Resort & Spa and the Lisbon Marriot Hotel.

Rachel Smith has been appointed Director of Sales at the Hilton Bournemouth. She had most recently served as Director of Sales at Holiday Inn Hotels.

Claire Mahon has been appointed Global Sales Manager for C&I and Entertainment for the Rocco Forte Collection in London. She was previously a Sales Manager for Jumeirah Hotels in London.

Leonardo Di Clemente has moved to the Four Seasons Prague as Executive Chef. Since 2013, he had served in the same position at the Four Seasons Budapest.

Fabien Beaufour has been named Executive Chef at Le Domaine des Etangs. He succeeds Serge Goloumes now at the Belmond La Samanna. Beaufour was most recently at Oblix in London as Chef de Cuisine. He was previously in a similar post at the Mirador Kempinski in Switzerland.

Javier Soriano has been appointed Executive Chef at the Jumeirah Port Soller Hotel and Spa in Mallorca. He had previously served in similar posts with the Marriott Son Antem and the Hotel Ritz in Madrid.

Noémie Saltel has been appointed House Manager at Brown’s Hotel in London. She was previously with the Savoy as Night Manager.

ASIA AND THE PACIFIC

Andrew Langdon has been appointed Senior Vice President at Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts in Bangkok. He spent the past seven years as Executive Vice President of Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels and Hospitality Group in Asia.

Sonja Vodusek has been named General Manager of the Peninsula Tokyo, taking over from Malcolm Thompson. Vodusek was most recently the General Manager of the Peninsula Manila.

Daniel Grau is the new Managing Director at the Rosewood Hotel Phnom Penh. He was most recently the Hotel Manager at the Rosewood Beijing. Grau is the former Hotel Manager at the Four Seasons Beijing.

Douglas Chang has been appointed General Manager at the Ritz-Carlton Ritz-Carlton Residences, Waikiki Beach. Most recently, Chang served as General Manager of the Ritz-Carlton St. Louis. Prior to this, he was the General Manager of the Ritz-Carlton Club and Residences, Kapalua Bay.

Ed Brea has been appointed General Manager at the One&Only Hayman Island. He is the former General Manager of the Bangkok Shangri-La.

Kelley Cosgrove has been appointed General Manager at the Fairmont Orchid. Cosgrove has worked for Fairmont Hotels & Resorts since 1987, most recently as General Manager at the Fairmont San Jose.

Klaus Christandl has been named General Manager at the St. Regis Singapore. He was most recently overseeing the Hotel Imperial, Vienna. Christandl is the former General Manager at the Sheraton Grande Laguna Phuket and the Sheraton Miramar �" El Gouna, Red Sea.

Mark Wilkinson has been appointed General Manager of the Pullman King George Square Brisbane. He was most recently the General Manager for both the Mercure and ibis Brisbane.

Paul Morton has been appointed General Manager of the Pullman Cairns International. He was most recently the General Manager at the Mercure Cairns Harbourside. Morton is the former General Manager of the ibis Styles Karratha and the Mercure Launceston.

Kurt Macher has been appointed Group Director �" Projects, at the Marco Polo Hotel Group in Hong Kong. He is the former Resident Manager of the Pan Pacific, Marina Square in Singapore.

Arindam Kunar has been appointed Area General Manager, South India, at InterContinental Hotels Group. He was most recently at the Crowne Plaza Chennai Adyar Park as General Manager.

Augustine Silva has been appointed Senior General Manager at the Sunway Putra Hotel in Kuala Lumpur. He was most recently serving as Head of Asset Management and Fund Manager for Ascendas Hospitality Trust in Singapore.

Manish Jha has been appointed General Manager at Anantara Hua Hin Resort & Spa in Thailand. He was most recently the General Manager at Avani Seychelles Barbarons Resort & Spa. Jha is the former General Manager at the Anantara Bophut Resort & Spa.

Sascha Hemmann has been appointed General Manager at the Anantara Phuket Layan Resort & Spa. He was most recently General Manager at the Anantara Rasananda Koh Phangan Villa Resort & Spa.

Florian Leven has been promoted to Resident Manager at the Nam Hai in Vietnam. He joined the hotel in 2014 as Executive Assistant Manager. He had previously served in a variety of roles at the Mauni Lani Bay Hotel & Bungalows and the Kahala Hotel & Resort.

Diego Stembert has been named Resort Manager at the Four Seasons Bora Bora. He was most recently the Hotel Manager with the Four Seasons Mexico City. He is the former Resort Manager at the Four Seasons Nevis.

Tony Ryan has joined JLL in the newly created role of Global Head of Mergers and Acquisitions for the firm’s Hotels & Hospitality Group based in Singapore. From 2004 to 2015, Ryan ran his own hospitality-focused legal firm in Sydney and Singapore, Ryan Lawyers.

The Langham Auckland has appointed Matthew Carroll Director of Food and Beverage. Most recently, he was the Assistant Director of Food and Beverage at the Park Hyatt Sydney.

Andreas Wieckenberg has been named Executive Assistant Manager, Food and Beverage, at Raffles Singapore. He was most recently the Director of Food and Beverage at the Mandarin Oriental Washington, D.C. Wieckenberg is the former Assistant Director of Food and Beverage at the Mandarin Oriental Las Vegas.

Derek Gomez has been promoted to Director of Food and Beverage and joined the InterContinental Asiana Saigon. Gomez was most recently the Assistant Director of Food and Beverage at the InterContinental Danang Sun Peninsula Resort.

Freddie Khoo has been named pre-opening Director of Food and Beverage for the Westin Jakarta. He had previously served as Director of Food and Beverage for the Four Seasons Houston and the Four Seasons Seychelles.

Todd Sitz, the former Director of Food and Beverage at the Fairmont Orchid died suddenly in his sleep. He had originally joined Fairmont in Chicago in 2009, following stints at the Mandarin Oriental Washington and the Swissôtel Chicago.

Succeeding Todd Sitz as Director of Food and Beverage at the Fairmont Orchid is Wendle Lesher, previously the Director of Outlets at the hotel.

Stephen Russell has been promoted to Vice President, Operational Effectiveness, Asia Pacific, at Hilton Worldwide. He was previously Senior Director, Finance, Pre-Opening and Growth Delivery, Asia Pacific for the company.

David Campbell has been appointed Regional Director of Sales and Marketing, Southeast Asia, at Rosewood Hotel Group in Bangkok. He was most recently the Director of Sales and Marketing for Rosewood Beijing. He had previously held sales and marketing positions with the Peninsula Shanghai and the St. Regis Singapore.

Andreas Kohn has returned as Director of Sales and Marketing to the Ritz-Carlton Millenia Singapore. He had previously served in this post from 2007 to 2012. He left the company in 2012 to take on the position of Regional Director of Sales and Marketing with the Viceroy Hotel Group in Abu Dhabi and most recently as Director of Sales and Marketing with the Mandarin Oriental Singapore.

Brad Taylor has been appointed Director of Sales, Maldives and Sri Lanka at Centara Hotels & Resorts in Bangkok. He was previously with GoVacation Sri Lanka as Head of Product and Sales.

Popo Hartopo has been appointed Group Director of Sales, Pacific Region, for Centara Hotels & Resorts in Bangkok. He is the former Director of Sales and Marketing for the Phuket Graceland Resorts & Spa and the Sentido Graceland Khao Lak Resort & Spa.

Helene Fong has been appointed Director of Sales and Marketing at the JW Marriott Bangkok. She was most recently with the JW Marriott Hong Kong as Director of Marketing. Fong had served in similar roles with the Shangri-La Hotel Bangkok and the Shangri-La Hotel Chiang Mai.

Myla Caceres has been appointed Director of Sales and Marketing for Ascott Limited in Bangkok. She was most recently the Director of Sales and Marketing for the Dusit Thani Bangkok.

Anne-Sophie Pouzin has been appointed Director of Sales, MICE at the Four Points by Sheraton Sydney, Darling Harbour. She is the former Associate Director of Sales at the Grand Hyatt at Oriental Plaza China.

Rachel Peacock has been appointed Marketing Manager at InterContinental Hotels Group New Zealand, based at the Crowne Plaza Auckland. She joins IHG from Skycity Entertainment Auckland.

Lynn Lee has been appointed Sustainable Development and Communications Director at Accor Hotels Asia Pacific in Singapore. Lee is the former Communications Assistant Director for Resorts World Sentosa.

Jason Oakley is the new Executive Chef/Managing Partner at Coquille & Scarpetta in Shanghai. He is the former Executive Chef at the Mandarin Oriental Shanghai Pudong and Chef de Cuisine at the St. Regis Saadiyat Island Resort.

Frédéric Chabbert has been named Group Executive Chef for Hugo Desnoyer Restaurant. He was most recently the Chef/Partner at Restaurant Mano. He is the former Chef de Cuisine at Petrus Restaurant in the Shangri-La Hotel Hong Kong.

Liam Crotty has been appointed Executive Chef at the Hyatt Regency Gurgaon in India. He is the former Chef de Cuisine at the Hyatt Regency Dubai and Executive Chef at the Park Hyatt Maldives.

Laia Pons has been appointed Executive Chef at Kata Rocks in Phuket. She had previously held culinary posts at Abac and Caelis, both in Barcelona in addition to The Opposite House Beijing and Raffles Hotels.

The Four Seasons Sydney has named Mary Bowens Director of Rooms. She is the former Director of Housekeeping and Assistant Director of Rooms at the Four Seasons Toronto as well as Assistant Director of Housekeeping at the Four Seasons Maui.

Rutger Smits has been appointed Chief Operating Officer at Abu Dhabi National Hotels. Smits was most recently the Chief Executive Officer of Qatar’s Al Rayyan Tourism Investment Company.

Markus Iseli has been named Managing Director at Canyon Ranch Kaplankaya slated to open August 2016 in Bodrum. He was most recently the General Manager of the Chedi Muscat. He is the former Managing Director of the Palazzo Parigi Hotel & Grand Spa in Milan.

Richard Lyon has been named General Manager at the One&Only Cape Town. He is the former Managing Director of The Landings in St. Lucia and served as People Director for Virgin Active in South Africa.

Mathieu Van Alphen has been appointed General Manager at the Beach Rotana Abu Dhabi. He was most recently the opening General Manager for the InterContinental Moscow. Van Alphen is the former General Manager at the InterContinental Budapest and the InterContinental Koln.

Wael Maatouk has been appointed General Manager at Sharq Village & Spa, a Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Doha. He was most recently the Hotel Manager of the Ritz-Carlton Riyadh. He had previously overseen food and beverage at the Ritz-Carlton Dubai.

Mattheos Georgiou has been appointed General Manager of the Park Hyatt Dubai. He is the former General Manager at the Hyatt Regency Thessaloniki and Executive Assistant Manager for the Park Hyatt Tokyo.

Frédéric Chrétien has been named General Manager at the Aiyana Pemba in Zanzibar. He is the former General Manager at the Outrigger Mauritius Beach Hotel and the Residence Mauritius.

The Four Seasons Alexandria at San Stefano has appointed Ali Mohammed Hotel Manager. He is the former Director of Rooms at the Four Seasons Kuda Huraa and Camp Manager at the Four Seasons Tented Camp Golden Triangle.

Tony Coveney has been promoted to Hotel Manager and joined the Four Seasons Riyadh at Kingdom Centre. For the past two years, he had been serving as Director of Rooms for the Four Seasons Sydney. He is the former Director of Rooms at the Four Seasons Dublin.

Francesco Pantalone has been appointed Hotel Manager at the Al Faisaliah Hotel in Riyadh. He was previously the Hotel Manager of the Shangri-La Hotel, Pudong, East Shanghai.

Zeki Ozal has been appointed Hotel Manager at the Jumeirah Emirates Towers in Dubai. He is the former Resident Manager at the Pangu 7 Star Hotel Beijing and Director of Operations with the Presidential Beijing.

Stephan Schupbach has been appointed Regional Managing Director at the Dogus Group. He was most recently with Jumeirah Hotels & Resorts as a Vice President of Operations.

Christian Haneke has been named Director of Finance at the Ritz-Carlton Doha. For the past two years, he was in the same capacity at Raffles Jakarta. Haneke is the former Cluster Director of Finance for the Marriott and Ritz Carlton Hotels in Jakarta as well as the Grand Hyatt Dubai.

Clinton Arnot has been appointed Director, Distribution Strategy Middle East & Africa at Marriott International in Cape Town. For the past seven years, he had been serving as Head of Online Distribution for Marriott-owned Protea Hotels.

Mark Syputa has been appointed to the position of Director of Rooms at Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh at Kingdom Centre. He was previously with the Four Seasons Mauritius as Residences Manager and Regional Director of Residences.

Ludovic Gomiero is now in Mauritius as Executive Chef at the Trou Aux Biches Resort & Spa. He was most recently the pre-opening Executive Chef at Selman Marrakech.

The Four Seasons Dubai Jumeirah has named Shannon Schwier Director of Rooms. She was most recently at the Four Seasons Los Angeles at Beverly Hills as Director of Housekeeping.

Friedrich von Schoenfeldt has been appointed Director of Rooms at the Park Hyatt Dubai. He is the former Assistant Director of Rooms at the Savoy London.

Obay Bahri has been promoted Rooms Division Manager at the Kempinski Hotel Mall of the Emirates in Dubai. He was most recently serving the hotel as Front Office Manager. He is the former Assistant Front Office Manager at the Kempinski Hotel Aqaba.
