City Grit
Sarah Simmons' SoHo culinary salon is an open secret in the food community, but the public at large could still use a little prodding to stop by. John Besh recently did. And so did Ed Lee.

Set in what was once the cafeteria of a Catholic school, Grit plays host to several meals each week, as Simmons invites chefs from around the country to set up shop in the kitchen and prepare multicourse dinners.
