Exclusive Feature: There's a lot to love about new hotels, but when already-established hotels join the ranks of exclusive clubs and portfolios, there's a lot of new to love.

Just in: five new member properties that joined hands with Luxe Worldwide Hotels, each with their own level of uniqueness to pique the interest of luxury travelers.

LWH currently has almost 200 independently-owned properties spanning 31 countries, including seven in Asia: Pentahotel Beijing, Parklane Hotel Dongguan, Pentahotel Shanghai, Baolilai International Hotel, Sapporo Grand Hotel, Hotel Com's Ginza, Kitano Arms.

The exclusive luxury portfolio just upped its portfolio with five new properties in Milan, Seville, Paris, Munich and Dongguan.

Hotel Manzoni, Milan, Italy: Located in the heart of Milan's Fashion District "Quadrilatero della Moda," Hotel Manzoni, is a 4-star property with 47 refurbished rooms surrounded by fashionable boutiques and restaurants, and is close to the main monuments, museums and Milan's theater district.

Hotel Petit Palace Santa Cruz, Seville, Spain: Situated in downtown Seville's Santa Cruz district, Hotel Petit Palace's 46 rooms are equipped with flat screen televisions, laptops with complimentary wi-fi and hydromassage showers. This pet-friendly hotel also has a fully-equipped business center, an outdoor dining patio and complimentary bicycle rentals.

La Terrass Hotel, Paris, France: The only 4-star hotel in Montmarte, the Terrass Hotel offers stunning views of Paris and is within walking distance of the Sacre Coeur and the famous Moulin Rouge. There are 98 guestrooms rooms and suites, with complimentary Wi-Fi, pillow menus and patios that give guests great views of the Eiffel Tower and Paris.

Eurostars Book Hotel, Munich, Germany: This unique hotel is designed just as its name suggests: it's dedicated entirely to books. With 201 guestrooms, each of the hotel's floors features a literary theme paying tribute to the great writings of world history. Guests will find familiar characters like Don Quixote, Anna Karenina, Othello, Robinson Crusoe, and Cyrano de Bergerac represented in guestrooms and on public walls.

Parklane Hotel, Dongguan, China: Near the Pearl River Delta in the city of Dongguan, the Parklane Hotel is a five-star property just a short distance from the city's multiple transportation hubs, offering easy access to Hong Kong and Guangzhou. The Parklane has 400 guest rooms, spa services, a fitness center, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a tennis court and an indoor basketball court.
