Cindy Racco has been promoted to General Manager and moved to take over the newly rebranded Four Seasons Rancho Encantado in Santa Fe, taking over from Martin Nicholson (and Auberge Resorts). She has been with Four Seasons since 1998, joining the Four Seasons Philadelphia as Executive Housekeeper. She was most recently serving as Resort Manager at the Four Seasons Biltmore Santa Barbara. She is the former Resort Manager at the Four Seasons Palm Beach.

The St. Regis Bahia Beach Resort has named Terry Bechtold General Manager. He was most recently with the Westin Park Central in Dallas as General Manager. He is the former General Manager of the Resort at Singer Island, now called the Palm Beach Marriott Singer Island Beach Resort and Spa.

Holly Waterbor-Breuche has been named General Manager of The Quin, set to open this winter in New York City. She is the former Director of Sales and Marketing for the Setai Fifth Avenue and General Manager for the Omni Berkshire and the Benjamin Hotel.

Bernard Lackner is now Chief Executive Officer of the Fisher Island Club in Florida. He was previously the Vice President and General Manager of the Hotel Plaza Athénée in New York for more than 20 years. He had served in rooms management positions with the former Four Seasons Pierre and the George V, now a Four Seasons hotel.

The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa at Beaver Creek Mountain has named Timothy Wolfe General Manager. He was most recently serving as General Manager of the Antlers Hilton in Colorado Springs. He is the former General Manager of the Sheraton Denver West, the Hilton Denver Tech Center and the Founders Inn and Spa.

Marie-Helene Morowati is now at the Viceroy Palm Springs as General Manager. She was most recently in Beverly Hills as General Manager at Maison 140, a sister property to the Viceroy.

Barnsley Gardens Resort has appointed Michael Gordon General Manager. He previously served as Managing Director at the Greenbrier. He is the former Hotel Manager for the Ritz-Carlton Kapalua and Executive Assistant Manager for the Ritz-Carlton Lodge Reynolds Plantation.

Erin Hosler is back in Florida at the B Hotel South Beach as opening General Manager. She had previously overseen the Roger New York and One Bal Harbour Resort & Spa.

Nicholas Gold has joined Amangiri in Utah as General Manager. He was most recently in the same post for the Tanque Verde Ranch in Tucson. He is the former General Manager the Enchantment Resort & Mii Amo Spa in Sedona and Corporate Director of Food and Beverage at Miraval.

Phillip Starling has been named General Manager of the Naples Bay Resort. He was most recently the Director of Operations for the Marenas Resort. He is the former General Manager for the Grove Isle Hotel & Spa.
 
The Renaissance Baton Rouge has appointed Steven Ferran General Manager. His most recent General Manager post was for the Omni Royal Orleans. He is also a former General Manager of the Loews New Orleans.

Shane Weaver has joined Island Hospitality as Regional Director of Operations. He was most recently serving as a General Manager with White Lodge Services in Austin and is the former Vice President of Sales and Marketing for PCH Hotels.

Daniel Pirrallo has been named General Manager of the Sheraton Steamboat Resort in Colorado. He was most recently the General Manager of the Millennium Hotel Harvest House in Boulder. Pirrallo is the former General Manager of the Millennium Knickerbocker in Chicago, the Sheraton Boston and the Sheraton Suites Wilmington in Delaware.

The St. Giles New York has appointed Cesar Avery General Manager. For the past eight years, he had overseen the Roger Smith. 

The Doral Golf Resort, now part of the Trump Organization, has named George Sotelo Managing Director. Since 2005 he had served as Resident Manager for the One&Only Palmilla.

The Maritime Hotel has appointed Matt Moore General Manager. Most recently, he had worked as Director of Front Office at the Greenwich Hotel. Moore's predecessor at the Maritime, James Palmer, is now at the Standard Downtown LA.

Ed Riley has been appointed General Manager at the Costa d'Este Beach Resort in Florida. He is the former General Manager of the Harbor Hotel on Lake Seneca.

Rob Andrews steps in as General Manager at Kimpton's Eventi Hotel New York taking over from Thomas Mathes. Andrews was most recently the General Manager for the Tribeca Grand.

Michael Everett has joined Sage Hospitality as Chief Investment Officer. The Cornell graduate is the former Senior Vice President for Lowe Hospitality Group.

Michael Tompkins has been promoted to Chief Executive Officer at Miraval Resort. Most recently, Tompkins served as Miraval's President and General Manager.

Sascha Hemmann has joined the Founders Inn and Spa as General Manager. He was most recently the pre-opening General Manager for the Solis Vanke Hotel and Conference Center Shenzhen. He is the former Hotel Manager of the Capella Singapore.

Kim Corrigan has been named General Manager for Sage Hospitality's Renaissance Blackstone Chicago Hotel. She was most recently overseeing The Curtis in Denver. She is the former General Manager of the Embassy Suites Denver Southeast.

JoAnn Elston has been promoted to General Manager of The Curtis in Denver, taking over from Corrigan. She had previously served the hotel as Director of Sales and Marketing and held the post of Area Director of Sales and Marketing for parent company, Sage Hospitality. Elston had formerly held sales positions with the Ritz-Carlton Amelia Island, the Paramount and the Wyndham Bristol Hotel in Washington, D.C.

Nicolas Boudet has taken on the new role with Yum Brands as Vice President Franchising for Taco Bell. He was most recently serving the company as Chief Development Officer Latin America And Caribbean. He previously worked with Club Med Resorts and Starwood Hotels & Resorts.

Michael Collins has joined the Langham Huntington Hotel as Hotel Manager. He was most recently serving as Director of Operations at Shutters on the Beach. At the Huntington, he takes over for Stephanie Mehail, now the General Manager of Orient Express' Inn at Perry Cabin.

Sean Olmstead has been named Hotel Manager for the InterContinental Chicago Magnificent Mile. He was most recently serving as Executive Assistant Manager at the InterContinental New York Barclay. He is the former Director of Food and Beverage for the InterContinental San Francisco and Regional Director of Food and Beverage for InterContinental Hotels Group.

Paul Cardona has joined the SLS South Beach as Hotel Manager. He is the former Deputy General Manager for Soho House Miami.

Scott Griffith has been promoted to Hotel Manager at the Omni Berkshire Place. He joined the hotel in 2008 as Director of Operations. He is the former Director of Operations at Cheeca Lodge and Spa and the W New York.

Mario Bevilacqua is the new Resident Manager for Sandy Lane on Barbados. The Lausanne graduate was most recently in Washington, D.C. at the Jefferson as Food and Beverage Manager.

Thomas Krooswijk returns to California and Four Seasons as Director of Food and Beverage at the Beverly Wilshire. He was previously overseeing food and beverage at the Hollywood Roosevelt before taking on his most recent post as Director of Food and Beverage at the Thompson Toronto. Krooswijk had previously served in food and beverage management positions for the Four Seasons Dublin and the Pierre.

Rich Poskanzer moves up to Director of Food and Beverage and joins the new Four Seasons Rancho Encantado. He was most recently serving as Assistant Director of Food and Beverage at the Four Seasons Palo Alto. He had previously served in food and beverage positions with the former Four Seasons Aviara and the Four Seasons Philadelphia.

The Rosewood Hotel Georgia in Vancouver has named Derek Damon Director of Food and Beverage. He was most recently in the same role with the Rosewood Crescent Hotel in Dallas.

Ricardo Mendes has moved over to the Mondrian South Beach as Director of Food and Beverage. He was most recently in the same position for Canyon Ranch in Miami. He is the former Assistant General Manager of Hakkasan, and Director of Food and Beverage for Little Palm Island.

Peter Dickinson has been appointed Director of Food and Beverage for the National Hotel Miami Beach. He had previously served in food and beverage posts with the Culver Hotel, Keswick Hall & Club, the Windsor Court Hotel and the Setai Miami Beach.

Luigi Alberganti is the new Director of Food and Beverage at the Monte Carlo Resort in Las Vegas. He was most recently the General Manager of Fiamma Trattoria in the MGM Grand. He is the former Director of Room Service for the MGM Grand and General Manager of the Diego.

David Duran is the new Director of Restaurants at the Cosmopolitan in Las Vegas. He was most recently the General Manager for American Fish in Aria at City Center. He is the former General Manager of Stratta in the Wynn.

Garrett Kaneshiro has moved over to the Park Hyatt Washington, D.C. as Director of Food and Beverage, taking over from German Broggi. Kaneshiro was most recently with the Park Hyatt Aviara as Assistant Director of Food and Beverage. He has held food and beverage posts for the Hyatt Regency Irvine, Red Rock Casino Resort and Spa and the Wynn Las Vegas.

Bill Perez has joined the Hilton Carlsbad Resort and Spa as Director of Food and Beverage. He was most recently Banquet Manager for the Grand Del Mar. He is the former Director of Food and Beverage at the Island Hotel Newport Beach and served in food and beverage posts at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts for 22 years.

MGM Resorts has named Michael Dominguez Senior Vice President of Sales. He is the former Vice President of Global Sales for Loews Hotels & Resorts.

Leslie Mackillop has joined her former boss, Ali Kasicki, at Orient Express Hotels and Resorts as Regional Director of Sales and Marketing US, Caribbean, Mexico and Latin America. She had previously served with Kasicki as Director of Marketing at the Montage Beverly Hills and the Peninsula Beverly Hills.

Loews Hotels & Resorts has named Bruce Himelstein Chief Marketing Officer. Himelstein was most recently President of Oceania Cruises. He is the former Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for the Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, and Chief Marketing Officer for Kerzner International.

Mary Mayes has moved to the Trump Soho as Director of Sales and Marketing. For the past five years, she had served as Director of Sales at the Four Seasons New York. She had previously served in sales roles for Fairmont Hotels & Resorts Bermuda, the Plaza Hotel and the Waldorf=Astoria.

The Biltmore in Coral Gables has named Michael Fraser Vice President Marketing. He had previously served in sales and marketing executive roles at Punta Cana Resort & Club in the Dominican Republic and the Bentley Group. Fraser is the former Director of Sales and Marketing at the Shore Club and Director of Sales at the Delano.

Kini Parente has been named Director of Sales and Marketing for the Bardessono in Yountville. She was most recently overseeing sales and marketing for the Pan Pacific Seattle. 

Janice Snowden has been appointed Area Director of Sales and Marketing for the Beverly Hills Hotel and the Hotel Bel-Air. She was most recently the Director of Marketing at the Four Seasons Biltmore Santa Barbara. She had previously overseen sales and marketing for the Fairmont Miramar Hotel & Bungalows in Santa Monica.

Angela Cava has been appointed Director of Sales and Marketing at the Hotel Madeline and the Inn at Lost Creek in Telluride. She is the former Director of Group Sales at the St. Regis Aspen.

The Maritime Hotel has appointed Callan Polmer Director of Sales and Public Relations. She is the former Concierge Manager at the Soho and Tribeca Grand Hotels.

Zie Zie Senzaki has been named Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Provenance Hotels. Senzaki was most recently the Director of Sales and Marketing at the Westin Portland. 

Ivo "Vo" Tomulich has joined Langham Hospitality Group in New York as Director of Global Sales, North America. He had most recently served as Director of Sales and Marketing for the Viceroy Snowmass. He is the former Director of Marketing for the Four Seasons Nevis and the Four Seasons Great Exuma.

Michael Mustafa has been named Director of Sales and Marketing for the Hilton Anaheim. He was most recently in the same role at the Hilton Orange County/Costa Mesa. Mustafa had previously overseen sales and marketing for the St. Regis Monarch Beach Resort.

Christelle Fourcade has joined the Hotel Victor South Beach, now run by Thompson Hotels, as Director of Sales. She had previously served in sales management positions at the Hotel Nikko and the Clift, both in San Francisco, as well as at the Morgan Hotel Group and the Mandarin Oriental Miami.

Tia Graham has joined the W Hollywood as Director of Sales and Marketing. She was most recently with the W Istanbul as Director of Marketing.

Delta Hotels and Resorts has promoted Laura Pallotta to the newly created role of Corporate Director of Sales. She has been with the company for the past eight years, most recently as Regional Director of Sales and Marketing.

Audrey Laurent has been appointed Director of Sales at the Bowery Hotel. Most recently, she served as Operations Director for the Mercer Hotel.

Linda Schilling has been appointed Director of Leisure Sales, East Coast, for the Viceroy Riviera Maya, based in New York. She was most recently serving as Associate Director of Sales for Little Dix Bay and Jumby Bay for Rosewood Hotels.

Lesly Connolly has been named Director, National Associations, for the Homestead in Virginia. She was most recently with the Omni Bedford Springs Resort & Spa as a Senior Sales Manager.

Christy Patterson has been named Director of Leisure Travel for the Ritz-Carlton Laguna Niguel. She was most recently serving as Director of Sales, Business and Leisure Travel, at the Ritz-Carlton, Marina del Rey.

Jennifer Long has moved to the Cavallo Point Lodge in Sausalito as Senior Sales Manager. She was most recently with the Clift as Associate Director of Sales. Long had previously served in sales positions for the Sir Francis Drake and the Canterbury, both in San Francisco.

The St. Regis Bal Harbour has named Victoria Chase Social Catering Director. She is the former Director of Social Catering at the Mandarin Oriental Miami and Director of Catering at the Biltmore.

Randy Lutz has been promoted to Executive Chef at Ame in San Francisco. He was most recently the restaurant's Executive Sous Chef and has held Sous Chef posts with Hawthorne Lane, Bridges and Farallon. 

Vincent Cachot returns to the West Coast as Executive Chef for the Hollywood Roosevelt. He had previously served as Executive Chef at the InterContinental Los Angeles before taking on his most recent chef role at the InterContinental Cleveland. He is the former Executive Chef at the Sofitel San Francisco.

Edwin Roman is the new Executive Chef for Mesa Grill in the Bahamas. He was most recently in Las Vegas with Caesars Palace as Executive Sous Chef. He is the former Executive Sous Chef at Paris and Bally's Hotel and Casino Las Vegas and Assistant Executive Banquet Chef at the MGM Grand.

Richard Potts has been named Executive Chef for the Sorrell River Ranch Resort & Spa in Utah. For the past five years, he has served as Sous Chef at the Old Hickory Steakhouse at Gaylord Palms in Florida.

The St. Kitts Marriott Resort & the Royal Beach Casino has named William Stringfellow Executive Chef. He was most recently in a similar post with the Regal Airport Hotel in Hong Kong.

Michael Ploetz is now with Solage Calistoga as Assistant Director of Food and Beverage. For the past two years, he had been the General Manager at Jaleo by José Andrés at the Cosmopolitan Las Vegas. He had previously overseen The Bazaar and Tres by José Andrés, both in the SLS Hotel at Beverly Hills.

EUROPE

Frank Citerne has joined the Chateau De Bagnols in France as General Manager, taking over from Franco Mora under new ownership. The owners also have Les Suites de la Potinière in Courchevel where he will handle the winter season.

Franco Mora is the General Manager of the Ermitage du Riou in La Napoule, after eight years as General Manager of the recently sold Chateau de Bagnols. Mora is also a 22-year alumnus of the Hotel Ritz in Paris.

Patrick-Denis Finet has been appointed General Manager for the Mandarin Oriental Milan scheduled to open in 2013.  He is the former General Manager of the Mandarin Oriental Chiang Mai and the Mandarin Oriental Riviera Maya.

Kenneth Speirs has taken over from Justin Pinchbeck as General Manager of the LimeWood hotel in Hampshire. For the past eight years, he had served as General Manager of the Halkin, Belgravia.

Alexandra Staffler has been named Area General Manager South Germany for Hilton, based in Munich. She was most recently the General Manager of the Hilton Frankfurt.

Gisela Münchgesang has been named General Manager of the Hilton Frankfurt, taking over from Staffler. She is the former Cluster General Manager Mauritius & Seychelles at Hilton along with General Manager for the Hilton Mauritius Resort & Spa.

Malcolm Rann has been appointed General Manager of the Radisson Blu, London Stansted Airport. He is the former Director of Operations Oman for InterContinental Hotels and General Manager for the Al Bustan Palace.

Alexander Bakanov has been appointed General Manager of the AZIMUT Moscow Tulskaya Hotel. He was most recently in a similar role for the AZIMUT Hotel Novyi Bereg.

German Broggi has been named Director of Operations at the Andaz Amsterdam Prinsengracht. He had been at the Park Hyatt Washington, D.C. for the past two years as Director of Food and Beverage. He joined Hyatt Hotels and Resorts back in 1996 at the Park Hyatt Buenos Aires and held various food and beverage positions at the  Hyatt Regency Chicago, Park Hyatt Paris-Vendôme, Hyatt Regency La Manga Resort and Club and the Andaz West Hollywood.

The Four Seasons London Park Lane has appointed Jean Pittion Director of Food and Beverage. He was most recently with the Park Hyatt Paris-Vendôme in Paris as Director of Food and Beverage. He is the former Assistant Food and Beverage Manager for the Conrad London, Chelsea and Assistant Food and Beverage Director at the Hôtel Plaza Athénée, Paris.

Michael Paddon rejoins Four Seasons as Director of Sales and Marketing for the Four Seasons London Canary Wharf, taking over from Nicolas Westen. The Les Roches graduate had been in the sales office at the Four Seasons Hampshire. The former Footman to the Royal Family at Buckingham Palace had previously served as Director of Strategic Acquisition and Business Development/Asset Management for Istithmar Hotels in the Middle East.

Stéphane Trycionka has joined the Hôtel Fouquet's Barrière as Director of Sales and Marketing. He had previously held sales management positions for the Hôtel Plaza Athénée, the Hôtel Métropole Monte-Carlo, Hôtel Le Bristol Paris.

The Oetker Collection has promoted Caroline Goux to Director of Sales-North America. She will continue in her current post as Director of Sales for the Hôtel Le Bristol Paris.

Stefan Schaer has been appointed Director of Sales and Marketing for the Alpina Gstaad slated to open in December. He was most recently the Director of Sales and Marketing for the Radisson Blu Zurich. Previously, he was Resident Manager of Cresta Hotels in Davos and served as Deputy Director of the Lucerne Tourist Office.

Jill O'Hare has been named Director of Sales and Marketing at the London Edition. For the past six years, she had served as Director of Sales and Marketing at the Ritz-Carlton Powerscourt.

François Gelly has joined the Grand Hotel Du Palais Royal in Paris as Director of Sales and Marketing. He is the former Hotel Manager for the Hotel Keppler Paris.

Catherine McKenna has been appointed Director of Sales, North America for both the Adare Manor and The K Club in Ireland and will be based in Chicago. She was most recently the Director of Global Accounts for Peabody Hotels.

Anna Nücken is the new Public Relations Manager at Badrutt's Palace Hotel in St. Moritz. She was most recently with Swissôtel Hotels & Resorts in Berlin as Area Public Relations Manager.

Michel Del Burgo has left L'Atelier de Joel Robuchon in Hong Kong to open Restaurant Michel Del Burgo inside the Hotel 111 in Carcassonne. Before serving for two years in Hong Kong, he had served in culinary roles for the Hotel Negresco in Nice, and La Bastide de Gordes.

The Hotel Caesar Augustus on Capri has appointed Eduardo Vuolo Executive Chef. For the past years, he had been in Positano as Sous Chef at La Sponda in Le Sirenuse.

The Dorchester Collection has moved Brian Hughson to Coworth Park in Ascot as Executive Chef. He was most recently serving as Head Chef for The Grill at The Dorchester.

Philippe Jourdain has landed at La Réserve in Geneva as Corporate Executive Chef for the group (Geneva, Ramatuelle, Paris). He had departed the Four Seasons Provence Terre Blanche in 2010 where he had served as Executive Chef for seven years. He is the former Executive Chef of the Moulin de Mougins.

ASIA AND THE PACIFIC

InterContinental Hotels has promoted Douglas Martell to Vice President of Operations, Southwest Asia, succeeding Chris Moloney, who is retiring after 30 years with the company. Martell has been with IHG since 2001, most recently as Vice President, Food and Beverage and Operations, for the company's Greater China region, based in Shanghai.

The Apple Tree Group has appointed Axel de Boynes Operations Manager for Laos Operations. He was most recently the Resident Manager at the akyra Chura Samui.

Marc Brugger has joined the Rosewood Beijing as Managing Director. Most recently, the Lausanne graduate was General Manager of the Crown Towers Hotel & Casino Macau. He is the former Director of Food and Beverage at the Four Seasons Dublin and the Park Hyatt Goa.

Arthur W C Ho has been promoted to General Manager and moving to oversee the Four Seasons Shenzhen. Since 2007, he has been with the Four Seasons Macau as Hotel Manager. He is the former Director of Rooms for the Four Seasons Shanghai, and the Four Seasons Hong Kong.

Uday Rao has returned to Four Seasons to take up the post of Resort Manager at the Four Seasons Bali at Sayan. He had previously served the company 19 years before leaving in 2010 to open the Viceroy Resort Maldives as General Manager. He is the former Director of Rooms at the Four Seasons Maldives and Four Seasons Singapore and served as Hotel Manager for the opening of Four Seasons Mumbai.

Kevin Abramowicz has been named General Manager at the Legian Bali. Since 2007 he had been with the Setai South Beach Miami as Director of Rooms and, most recently, Executive Assistant Manager.

Dominique Berhouet has been appointed as General Manager to oversee the Crowne Plaza Hong Kong Kowloon East and Holiday Inn Express Hong Kong Kowloon East, slated to open later this year. He was most recently the opening General Manager of Crowne Plaza Guangzhou City Centre.

Michael Wilding has been appointed General Manager of the DoubleTree by Hilton Alana Waikiki. Since 2002, Wilding was at the Hilton Hawaiian Village Waikiki Beach Resort, most recently as Resident Manager. 

Michael Stephens has been named General Manager of the Andaz Maui at Wailea Resort and Spa slated to open in spring 2013. He was most recently the General Manager of the Hyatt Regency Scottsdale Resort & Spa at Gainey Ranch. He is the former General Manager of the Hyatt Regency Lexington, and the Grand Hyatt DFW.

Tracy Walker has been named General Manager of the Hilton Hawaiian Village Waikiki Beach Resort. She has been with Hilton since 2002, most recently as General Manager of the Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek.

Budi Widodo has been promoted to Director of Food and Beverage at the Four Seasons Jakarta. He joined the hotel in 2010 as Assistant Director of Food and Beverage.

David Enkaoua has been named Food and Beverage Director for Le Méridien Bora Bora. He was most recently with the Sheraton Club des Pins Resort in Algeria as Food and Beverage Manager.

Anita Rahman has been named Director of Sales and Marketing of the Andaz Maui at Wailea Resort and Spa. For the past two years, she had held the post of Director of Sales and Catering for the Andaz San Diego.

Rick Bartram is the new Executive Chef at the PuYu Hotel and Spa, Wuhan. He is the former Executive Chef for the Mandarin Oriental San Francisco, and the Elbow Beach, Bermuda.

Vanessa Camacho has joined Raffles Singapore as Director of Housekeeping. She was most recently in the same position for the Four Seasons Jakarta.

MIDDLE EAST AND AFRICA

Michael Flint takes over from Mark Somen as General Manager of the Tribe Hotel in Kenya. Flint is the former Area Director for China Grill Management.

Luigi Romaniello has been named Managing Director of Rosewood Abu Dhabi. He was most recently in the same position at the Mansion on Peachtree now the Mandarin Oriental Atlanta. He has been with Rosewood since 1999 serving as Resident Manager of Caneel Bay, and Hotel Manager of the Hotel Crescent Court in Dallas.

Torbjörn Bodin has been appointed General Manager at Radisson Blu Hotel, Batumi. He was most recently the General Manager of Radisson Blu Hotel and Park Inn by Radisson, Abu Dhabi Yas Island.

Peter Hoesli has moved as General Manager to the Dead Sea Mövenpick. He was most recently serving as General Manager at Mövenpick Resort & Residences Aqaba. Stefan Keel moves over from Almapura Hotels & Resorts to take over from Hoesli in Aqaba.

Ananda in the Himalayas has named Jaideep Anand General Manager. He was most recently in a similar role at the Ista Hyderabad hotel in India.

Carsten Fritz is now in Doha as General Manager of Sharq Village and Spa. For the past ten years, he had been with Ritz-Carlton Hotels, most recently as General Manager at the Ritz-Carlton Abama. He is the former General Manager of the Ritz-Carlton Sharm El Sheikh and the Ritz-Carlton Country Club, Seoul.

Michael Sorgenfrey has been appointed General Manager of The Palace - The Old Town. He is the former General Manager for the Grand Millennium Al Wahda and Kempinski's Hotel Adriatic.

The Four Seasons Alexandria at San Stefano in Egypt has promoted Moataz Madany to Director of Food and Beverage. Since 2010, he has served the hotel as Assistant Director of Food and Beverage.

Janet Abrahams has been appointed Cluster Director Sales and Marketing for the Phoenica Beirut and Le Vendome Beirut. She is the former Executive Director of Sales and Marketing for the Emirates Palace.

Lynn Gervais has moved over as Director of Public Relations to the Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi, Grand Canal. She was most recently in the same post for the Ritz-Carlton Dubai International Financial Centre.

The Four Seasons Seychelles has appointed Dave Minten Executive Chef. He was previously Chef for Kurumba Maldives and most recently with The Residence Maldives.

Maradiva Villas Resort and Spa, Mauritius has named Jérôme Rigaud Executive Chef. He was most recently Head Chef at the Kremlin in Moscow.
