Steve Haggerty will lead
Global Hyatt's new Real Estate and Capital Strategy group. Haggerty joined Hyatt in 2007 and currently serves as Executive Vice President, Global Head of Real Estate and Development. A Cornell graduate, he previously served with
Marriott International in senior development positions both at its Bethesda headquarters and in Hong Kong.
Chris Cahill has joined
Las Vegas Sands in the newly created position of Executive Vice President of Global Operations. For the past two decades, he had been with
Fairmont Raffles International and in 2006 took on his most current role of Chief Operating Officer.
Michael Glennie takes over from Cahill as President and Chief Operating Officer at
Fairmont Raffles Hotels. Glennie was most recently serving the company as President Real Estate and Development, a position he held since joining the company in April 2008. He is also a former Senior Vice President of
Boca Resorts.
Giovanni Beretta has accepted the position of General Manager of the
Carlyle in New York City. He was most recently serving as Hotel Manager at the
Four Seasons Miami.
Marco Zanolari replaces him as Hotel Manager at Four Seasons Miami coming from the
Beverly Wilshire where he is currently the Director of Food and Beverage.

Fairmont San Francisco.
John Price has moved to the
Sutton Place as General Manager. He was most recently in the same post for the
Sax Chicago. Price is the former General Manager at the
Sir Francis Drake Hotel in San Francisco.
Vito Romeo has been promoted to General Manager, moving to the
Shangri-La Vancouver. He was most recently the Resident Manager for the
Shangri-La Beijing. Romeo is the former Executive Assistant Manager Food and Beverage for the
Aberdeen Marina Club in Hong Kong, also a Shangri-La operation.
Duncan Graham is the new Managing Director for
Rosewood Tucker's Point, taking over from
Brian Young who left in January. Graham had spent the last five years as Managing Director of
Rosewood's
Mansion on Turtle Creek. He had originally joined Rosewood as General Manager of
San Ysidro Ranch and is a former General Manager of the
St. Regis Houston.
Mike Case has taken on the role of General Manager for the
Westin Westminster in Colorado. Since 2008, he had served in the same role for the
JW Marriott Denver Cherry Creek. He is the former General Manager for the
Oxford Hotel in Denver and Assistant General Manager at the
Denver Airport Marriott at Gateway Park.
Jan Lucas takes over from Case as General Manager of
Sage Hospitality's JW Marriott Denver Cherry Creek. Lucas has been with Sage since 2003 most recently in the corporate offices as Divisional Vice President.
The
Hotel Palomar Phoenix at CityScape has named
Jim Hollister General Manager. He was most recently overseeing the
FireSky Resort & Spa.
Cheryl Martin takes over from Hollister as General Manager of
FireSky Resort & Spa. This is a promotion from her most recent position at the resort as Assistant General Manager.
The
W Los Angeles has named
James Gancos General Manager, taking over from
Ren Hirose who is now overseeing the
W Scottsdale. Gancos is a former Senior Vice President of
Planet Hollywood Las Vegas.
The
Ritz-Carlton Denver has appointed
Steve Janicek General Manager. He was most recently the General Manager of the
Lodge and Spa at Cordillera. In Denver, Janicek takes over for
Andrew Rogers reassigned by Ritz-Carlton to China.
Stacy Martin has been named General Manager at the
Heldrich in New Jersey. She is the former General Manager of the
Ellis Hotel in Atlanta and the
Shores Resort in Daytona Beach.
Jack Breisacher has returned to the
Swissôtel Chicago taking on the post of General Manager. He had previously served as Hotel Manager before taking on his most recent post overseeing the
Swissôtel Beijing.
Gnell Abracosa has moved to the
Custom Hotel at LAX as General Manager. She was most recently overseeing sister property the
Thompson Beverly Hills. She is the former General Manager of the
Sé San Diego.

Thompson Beverly Hills is
Dene Nui. Nui was most recently the General Manager of the
Donovan House in Washington, D.C. a former Thompson property, now operated by
Kimpton.
The
Setai Miami Beach has appointed
Guenter Richter Vice President and Managing Director. He was most recently the Managing Director of the
Setai Fifth Avenue in New York City. Richter is also the former General Manager of the
Regent Bal Harbour, the
St. Regis New York (twice!) the
Drake New York, the
Grand Bay Miami, the
Grand Bay New York and the (former)
Remington Houston.
Taking over from Guenter Richter as General Manager at the
Setai Fifth Avenue is
Francois-Olivier Luiggi. Luiggi joined the hotel in 2010 as Hotel Manager. He is the former Hotel Manager at the
Mark and Executive Assistant Manager at the
Carlyle. Luiggi is also a nine-year
Four Seasons veteran, whose tenure peaked as Corporate Director of Food and Beverage Training and Standards.
Jamie Holmes has joined the
Nantucket Hotel & Resort as General Manager. He was most recently overseeing the
Nisbet Plantation Beach Club on Nevis. He is the former General Manager of the
Resort at Paws Up, the
Biras Creek Resort and
Peter Island.
Donald Bowman is the new General Manager for the
Carmel Valley Ranch, taking over from
Daniel Korn. Bowman is the former General Manager of the
Public by Ian Schrager in Chicago. He previously spent fourteen years with the
Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group.
Peter Walterspiel takes over from Donald Bowman as General Manager of the
Public by Ian Schrager in Chicago. He was most recently with
Richfield Hospitality in Denver as Director of Operations and Transitions. He is the former General Manager of the
Sheraton Universal and Vice President of Hotel Operations at the
Venetian Las Vegas.
Randall Wilkie has joined
Sandy Lane in Barbados as General Manager replacing
Robert Logan, who has left the company. Wilkie was most recently overseeing nearby
Cobblers Cove. He is the former General Manager of
Blue Waters Hotel & The Cove Development on Antigua.
Jan Henningsen takes over from
Christel Cabanier as General Manager of the
Hotel BLOOM! Henningsen was most recently serving as General Manager for the
Standard Downtown Los Angeles after serving for three years in the same role for the
Standard Hollywood.
James Palmer takes over as General Manager from Henningsen at the
Standard Downtown. Palmer was most recently overseeing the
Maritime Hotel in New York.
Marcus Mueller has joined the
Hotel Luxe Rodeo in Beverly Hills as General Manager. H was most recently serving as Director of Rooms at the
Hotel Bel-Air.
Alain Negueloua takes over from
Susanne Hatje as General Manager of the
Mandarin Oriental Boston. He rejoins the company after his most recent role as General Manager at
Meadowood Resort. He was previously serving as General Manager of the
Mandarin Oriental San Francisco, and the
Mark in New York.
Matt Hagerman has been named General Manager for the
Willows Lodge near Seattle. He is the former General Manager the
Woodmark Hotel.
Julian Miller takes over from
Thomas Mathes at Kimpton's
Eventi Hotel. He was previously the Hotel Manager of
Kimpton's
Hotel Marlowe and
Nine Zero in Boston. He is the former Operations Manager at the
Onyx Hotel.
Ronald Nagy has moved to the
Four Seasons Palm Beach as Resort Manager. He was most recently serving as Director of Rooms with the
Four Seasons Westlake Village. Nagy also served in various positions at the
Four Seasons Hampshire and the
Four Seasons Hualalai.
Michael Pedder has moved to the
Four Seasons Chicago as Hotel Manager. He was most recently the Hotel Manager at the
Four Seasons Austin. Pedder is the former Director of Food and Beverage of the
Four Seasons Los Angeles at Beverly Hills and Assistant Director of Food and Beverage at the
Four Seasons Manele Bay and the
Lodge at Koele.

Four Seasons Costa Rica has promoted
Neal Herman to Director of Residences. He joined the resort in 2010 as Assistant Director of Rooms. He has been with the company for over ten years in various posts at the
Four Seasons Los Angeles at Beverly Hills and the
Four Seasons New York.

Four Seasons Nevis has promoted
Karen Davella to the role of Director of Residences. She has been with the resort since 2007, most recently as Residences Accounting Manager.

Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group has promoted
Susanne Hatje to Group Director of Residences, based in San Francisco. She was most recently the General Manager of the
Mandarin Oriental Boston. She joined the company in 2000, serving as General Manager for the

Matthew Cornell to Director of Asset Management. He had previously worked as a Senior Consultant at

Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group has appointed
Todd Wood Vice President of Technology, the Americas and Global Applications, based in Atlanta. He was previously the Vice President of Information Services at the
Sea Island Company before taking on his most recent post with
PC Mall, Inc. Karen Ayad has moved as Director of Food and Beverage to the
Four Seasons Palm Beach. Since 2010, she had been with the
Four Seasons London at Park Lane as Director of Food and Beverage. She had previously served within the Catering team at the
Four Seasons London before refurbishment. Ayad is the former Director of Catering and Director of Food and Beverage at the
Four Seasons Hampshire.
The
Four Seasons Philadelphia has named
Tomas Vlasek Director of Food and Beverage. He was most recently in the same post at the
Four Seasons Nevis. He is the former Assistant Director of Food and Beverage at the
Four Seasons Costa Rica.
James Cole has moved to the
Ritz-Carlton Sarasota as Executive Assistant Manager Food and Beverage. For the past two years, he had been in a similar post with the
Ritz-Carlton St. Louis.

Four Seasons Costa Rica has named
Robert Graney Director of Food and Beverage. For the past six years, he had been in the same post for the
Four Seasons Atlanta.
Michael Blaksteen is joining the
Chatham Bars Inn as Director of Food and Beverage. He comes from
La Torretta Lake Resort & Spa in Texas. He had previously overseen food and beverage for the
Makena Beach and Golf Resort and served as Assistant Director of Food and Beverage for the
Hilton Waikoloa Village.
Kevin Dott has joined the
Hawks Cay Resort in Florida as Director of Food and Beverage. He was most recently in the same role at the
Woodstock Inn and Resort. He had previously served in food and beverage management positions for the
Gaylord National Resort in Maryland, the
Greenbrier and the
Sagamore.
David Hoemann has joined
Giordano's Famous Stuffed Pizza in Chicago as Chief Operating Officer. He was most recently in Denver, serving as Senior Vice President Food and Beverage Operations for
Sage Hospitality and the
Sage Restaurant Group. He is the former Vice President Food and Beverage for
Joie de Vivre.
Myra Pasco has been appointed Director of Human Resources for the
Cheyenne Mountain Resort. She was most recently serving in a similar role for Front Range Community College following eighteen years with
Marriott.
Karen Vallecillo has joined the
JW Marriott Desert Ridge in Phoenix as Director of Human Resources. She was most recently in the same post for the
Silverado Resort and Spa. Vallecillo is also a former Director of Human Resources for the

Larry Light Global Chief Brands Officer. He is the former Chief Marketing Officer for
McDonald's Corp.
Loews Hotels and Resorts has named
Bruce Himelstein Chief Marketing Officer. He is the former President of
Oceania Cruises, Chief Marketing Officer for
Kerzner International and Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for the
Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company.
Steven Spivak is now Vice President, Transient Sales, at
Loews Hotels. He was most recently holding the position of Corporate Director of Global Sales for the company. He is the former Director of Sales and Marketing for the
Sheraton Phoenix Downtown and the
Sheraton Premiere at Tysons Corner.
David Woodward has been appointed Director of Sales, Americas, for
Relais & Châteaux. He was most recently serving as Director, Operations, at

Thomas Seddon Chief Marketing Officer. He was most recently with

Cooper Hotels has appointed
Valerie Morris to the newly created position of Corporate Director of Sales and Community Relations. She was previously with
Caesar's Entertainment Midsouth as Regional Vice President of Communications, Community Affairs, Sales and Convention Services.
Joe Gaeta has joined
Denihan Hospitality in New York as Area Director of Sales and Marketing. He was most recently serving as Director of Sales and Marketing at the
Regency. He is the former Director of Sales at the
New York Palace.
Sean Lynch is leaving his recently earned position of Director of Sales and Marketing at the
Trump Soho to take a similar post at the
Waldorf Astoria Chicago. Lynch had taken over from
Sharon Telesca-Feurer at Trump Soho when the latter moved to the
Peninsula New York.
At the
St. Regis New York,
Trine Ackelman will be filling the vacant position of Director of Sales and Marketing. She hails from the nearby
Omni Berkshire Place. She had previously been at the St. Regis as Director of Sales, after a stint handling Group Sales for the
W Hotels of New York.
Iman Butler takes over from
Scott Robison at the
Ritz-Carlton Tysons Corner as Director of Sales and Marketing. He was most recently in the same post for the
Ritz-Carlton Philadelphia. He is the former Director of Sales and Marketing at the
Ritz-Carlton Dearborn and the
Ritz-Carlton Laguna Niguel.
Todd Gillespie has been appointed Director of Sales and Marketing for the
Skamania Lodge in Washington State. He was most recently the Director of Sales and Marketing at the
Waterfront Place Hotel and Morgantown Event Center. Gillespie is the former Vice President of Sales for the
Greenbrier and Director of Sales at the
Ocean Reef Club.
Marty Bertone has been named Director of Sales and Marketing for the
Hotel Palomar Phoenix at CityScape, set to open in early June. He was most recently serving as Director of Sales and Marketing at the
Ravella Resort (the former
Ritz-Carlton Lake Las Vegas). He is the former Director of Sales of the
Ritz-Carlton Phoenix and
La Quinta Resort & Club.

Lynn Swann Director of Marketing and Communications. She was most recently the Director of Public Relations at the

Todd Piety is now in Chicago at the

W Atlanta Buckhead as Director of Sales and Marketing. He had previously overseen sales and marketing for the

Saun Lightbourne Director of Sales and Marketing. Most recently, Lightbourne was the Area Director of Sales and Marketing for the
Menin Hotel Group in Miami Beach.
Karl Chase has been named Director of Sales and Marketing for the
Heldrich Hotel and Conference Center. He was most recently the Director of Sales and Marketing and Interim General Manager for the
Hotel ML in Mount Laurel, New Jersey.
Deborah Lisboa has moved to the
Mondrian in West Hollywood as Director of Sales and Marketing. She was most recently the Director of Sales and Marketing for the
InterContinental Century City. Lisboa is the former Director of Sales and Marketing at the
London Hotel in West Hollywood and its previous incarnation, the
Wyndham Bel Age.
Grace Duncan has joined the
Standard Miami as Director of Sales. She was most recently in New York as Regional Director of Sales for
Morgans Hotel Group. She had previously overseen sales and marketing for the
Thompson Lower East Side, the
Setai Club New York and the
Setai San Diego.
Sylvie Rothenberg has joined
Dolce Hotels and Resorts as Global Account Director. For the past seven years, she had been with
Accor as Global Sales Director, Business Travel and Meetings.
Rachel Klein has been appointed Executive Chef at the
Mandarin Oriental Boston. Klein most recently was Executive Chef of
Aura and Tamo Bar at the
Seaport Hotel.
Dana Hauser has joined the
Fairmont Waterfront as the first female Executive Chef for
Fairmont Hotels & Resorts. She is the former Executive Sous Chef at Toronto's
Royal York Hotel.
Damon Gordon is now in Los Angeles as Executive Chef for the "new-improved"
Water Grill. He was until a few months ago in Washington, D.C. as Executive Chef for the
Jefferson. He is the former Executive Chef of the (former)
Ivy Hotel in San Diego and
Ono at
Hotel Gansevoort in New York. At the Water Grill, he replaces former "Top Chef"
Amanda Baumgarten.
Amol Agarwal has joined the
Ritz-Carlton South Beach as Executive Chef. He was most recently in the same position for the
JW Marriott Camelback Inn. Agarwal had previously served in culinary posts at the
Ritz-Carlton Beijing, the former
Ritz-Carlton Huntington and the
Ritz-Carlton Rose Hall.
Mark Ching has been named Executive Chef at the
Loews Coronado Bay. He is the former Chef at
Sundance.
Gianluca Re Fraschini has been named Executive Chef of
Eden Roc at Cap Cana. He was most recently the Chef de Cuisine at
L'Atelier des Sens in Paris. Prior to that, he held the title of Executive Chef at
Andrea at the
Resort at Pelican Hill in Newport Beach.
Richard Boyer has been named Executive Chef of the
American Club Resort in Kohler, Wisconsin. Most recently he was the Executive Chef at the
Biltmore Estate in Asheville, North Carolina. He had previously served in kitchens for the
Boca Raton Resort and Club, the
Arizona Biltmore Resort & Spa, the
Phoenician and the
Broadmoor.
Arnaud Berthelier has joined the
Biltmore in Coral Gables as Chef de Cuisine for
Palme d'Or, taking over from
Philippe Ruiz. He was most recently with the
Peninsula Shanghai as Chef de Cuisine for
Sir Elly's. He had previously spent twelve years with
Ritz-Carlton Hotels and Resorts.
Vincent Pilon has joined
Bottega Louis in Los Angeles as Executive Pastry Chef. He was most recently in a similar post in Las Vegas at the
Mandalay Bay Resort. He is the former Assistant Pastry Chef and Chocolatier Master Chef for the
Bellagio.
Belinda Chang has been appointed Beverage Director at
Culinary Concepts by Jean Georges, based in New York. She was most recently overseeing
Graydon Carter's
Monkey Bar. Chang is the former Wine Director at
The Modern and the
Fifth Floor.
Christian Philippo has joined the
SLS Hotel at Beverly Hills as General Manager for
Bazaar by Jose Andres. For the past ten years, he had been the General Manager at
Patina.
Jean-Philippe Teresi has joined
Gordon Ramsay Steak in the
Paris Hotel and Casino as General Manager. He is the former Director of Operations for
Sugar Factory and
Bradley Ogden, both in Las Vegas.
Sylvain Briens is the new General Manager at
Lacroix in the
Rittenhouse Hotel in Philadelphia. He was most recently serving as General Manager at
Le Bec-Fin.
EUROPE Dubliner
Robert Nolan has moved to the position of General Manager at the
Four Seasons Dublin. He had served as Hotel Manager at the
Four Seasons Palo Alto since 2009. He is the former Resort Manager for the
Four Seasons Resorts Lana'i and Director of Rooms with the
Four Seasons Chicago.
Christopher Cox has joined the
Falkensteiner Hotel Schloss Velden as General Manager. Most recently, he spent two years as Vice President of Sales and Marketing at the
Victoria Jungfrau Collection. Previously, he served as General Manager for the
Carlton Hotel St. Moritz.
Alessandro Cabella is the new General Manager at the
Hilton Molino Stucky Venice. He is the former General Manager for the
Hilton Vilamoura As Cascatas Golf Resort & Spa and the
Hotel Mirabeau.
Alain Rigazzi becomes General Manager of the
Hotel Warwick Geneva. He is the former General Manager of the
Ramada Jumeirah Dubai and the Mövenpick ?zmir. He was also the General Manager of the
Warwick Seattle for five years.

Nira Caledonia in Edinburgh. Since 2009, he had been the General Manager of the
Colonnade in Little Venice, London. He had previously spent five years at the
Ritz London in various roles.
Robin Saunders has been named General Manager at the
Hyatt Regency Cologne. He is the former General Manager of the
Hyatt Regency Thessaloniki and Resident Manager at the
Hyatt Regency London - The Churchill.
Jacques Morand has been appointed General Manager for the
Park Hyatt Zurich. He is the former General Manager for the
Hyatt Regency Belgrade.
Hom Parviz takes over from Morand as General Manager at the
Hyatt Regency Belgrade. He is the former General Manager for the
Hyatt Regency Bishkek .
Gozde Eren takes over from Parviz as General Manager at the
Hyatt Regency Bishkek. She was most recently the Resident Manager for the
Hyatt Regency Kiev. Eren is the former Director of Rooms at the
Grand Hyatt Istanbul.

Christel Cabanier has been named General Manager at the
Park Inn by Radisson Brussels Midi and District Director Belgium, Netherlands and France for
Park Inn by Radisson. For the past four years, she had served as General Manager for the
Hotel BLOOM! in Brussels. Cabanier was previously the Operations Manager for the
Park Plaza Astrid Antwerp for ten years.

Morten Skumsrud Hotel Manager. He was most recently the General Manager at
Marriott's Marbella Beach Resort.
Sascha Lenz has been appointed Director of Food and Beverage at the
Andaz Liverpool Street in London. Lenz most recently oversaw food and beverage for the
Hyatt Regency Ekaterinburg in Russia.
Nicolas Grounin is now in London as Director of Food and Beverage at the future
Bulgari Hotel. He was most recently at
Mix in Las Vegas as General Manager. This is return to London for Grounin who had previously served as Food and Beverage Manager at
Alain Ducasse in the
Dorchester.
Antoine Santini has been named Deputy Food and Beverage Director for the
Fairmont Monte Carlo. He was most recently in a similar post with the
Hôtel Royal Mansour in Marrakech.
Michel Gehrig has moved into the position of Vice President Talent Development at
Kempinski Hotels, taking over from
Henrike Gosemann who is leaving the company. Since 2008, Gehrig had served the company as Vice President Culinary.
The
Dorchester Collection has named
Arabella El Barkouki Director of Sales and Marketing of
Le Richemond Genève. She was previously the Dorchester Collection's Regional Sales Director for the U.K.

Shangri-La Paris as Director of Sales and Marketing. She was most recently overseeing France and Benelux as Director of Sales for
Rocco Forte. Criqui is the former Director of Sales and Marketing for the
Hotel Concorde La Fayette.
Isabelle Birem has been appointed Senior Vice President Direct Sales for
Accor, replacing
Cédric Gobilliard, who was appointed Senior Vice President Global Sales. Birem was most recently responsible for
Air France KLM's loyalty program, Flying Blue.
The
Bulgari Hotel & Residences London, which is set to open later this month, has appointed
Robbie Pepin to oversee
Il Ristorante. Pepin joins from
Alain Ducasse's
La Trattoria in Monaco. He had previously worked with Ducasse at
L'Andana in Tuscany and at the
Four Seasons Florence.
Andreas Schatzschneider has been promoted to Executive Chef and moved to the
Ritz-Carlton Vienna. He was most recently serving as Executive Sous Chef at the
Ritz-Carlton Toronto.
Philippe Joannes is now overseeing the kitchens for the
Fairmont Monte Carlo. He is the former Chef for
Café Lenôtre in Cannes.
Julien Jouhannaud, who has worked with
Alain Ducasse for more than 10 years, most recently as the Executive Chef at
Adour in the
St. Regis Washington, D.C. is now the Executive Chef at
Adour at the
St. Regis New York.
Jean Sevegnes is now in France as Executive Chef at the
Moulin de L'Abbaye. He was most recently the Executive Sous Chef at
Adour by Alain Ducasse in New York. This is a return to France after serving in culinary posts at
La Chèvre d'Or and
Les Crayères.
Frédéric Breuil has joined the
Fairmont Montreux Palace in Switzerland as Executive Chef. He had previously served six years as Executive Chef at
Badrutt's Palace Hotel in St. Moritz.
Paolo Sari has taken over the helm in the kitchens of the
Monte-Carlo Beach. He is the former Executive Chef at
San Clemente Palace Hotel & Resort and the
Chia Laguna Resort Spa.
Andrés Lopez-Dafonte has joined the
Westin Paris Vendôme as Front of the House Manager. He was most recently the Opening Deputy General Manager at the
Manava Suite Resort Tahiti, following two years at
Amanresorts'
Hotel Bora Bora.
ASIA AND THE PACIFIC Stephen Ho has been promoted to President of Asia Pacific
for
Starwood. He has been with the company for over 31 years, most recently as Senior Vice President of Acquisitions and Development for
Starwood China.
Qian Jin has been promoted to the title of President of Greater China for
Starwood. He has been with the company over 26 years, most recently as head of Starwood's operations for China.
Dirk De Cuyper has moved up to Senior Director Luxury Openings for
Hilton China. He was most recently the General Manager at
Waldorf Astoria on the Bund Shanghai.
Simeon Olle has taken over from De Cuyper as General Manager at the
Waldorf Astoria on the Bund Shanghai. He is the former General Manager at
The Address Downtown Dubai and the
Park Hyatt Beijing.
Daniel Aylmer has been appointed General Manager of
Le Royal Méridien Shanghai and Area Managing Director, East China, for
Starwood Hotels & Resorts. He had previously served as General Manager at the
Westin Beijing Chaoyang and the
Sheraton Suzhou Hotel & Towers.
David Sullivan has joined the
Parkroyal Singapore as opening General Manager. He was most recently the General Manager for the
Pan Pacific Seattle. He is the former Vice President of Human Resources for
Abercrombie & Kent Destinations and spent over sixteen years in rooms operations with
Four Seasons.
Steven Greenwood has been named General Manager of the
Crowne Plaza Terragal in New South Wales. He was most recently the General Manager of the
InterContinental Wellington.
Scott Hamilton takes over from Greenwood as General Manager of the
InterContinental Wellington. He was most recently the General Manager of the
Holiday Inn Melbourne on Flinders and IHG's Area Manager of Human Resources for Victoria.
Graham Kiy has been appointed General Manager of the
Jumeirah Guangzhou, slated to open in 2013. He was the former pre-opening Hotel Manager for the
Jumeirah Zabeel Saray in Dubai. Prior to that, he worked with the pre-opening development team of the
Jumeirah Himalayas Hotel.
Andrew Rogers has been transferred to China with
Ritz-Carlton and will be the General Manager at the
Ritz-Carlton Chengdu slated to open in late 2012. He had been the General Manager at the
Ritz-Carlton Denver for the past three years.
Carlson Rezidor has named
Thomas Monahan Executive Vice President Development for Asia Pacific, based in Singapore. He is the former Executive Vice President of International Development at the
Wyndham Hotel Group.
Heiko Roeder has been named Director of Food and Beverage at the
Four Seasons Guangzhou. He was most recently serving as Director of Food and Beverage for the
Andaz Shanghai. He is the former Director of Food and Beverage for the
Hyatt on the Bund.
Andy Wong has been promoted to the position of Director of Food and Beverage, joining the soon-to-open
Four Seasons Pudong, Shanghai. He had spent the past ten years at the (former)
Regent Hong Kong, most recently as Assistant Director of Food and Beverage.
Irene Tan has been named Director of Marketing at the
Four Seasons Beijing. She is the former Director of Sales and Marketing at the
Shangri-La China World Summit Wing and Director of Marketing at the
Peninsula Beijing.
Andrea Greybanks has been named Director of Sales and Marketing at
Raffles Singapore. Greybanks was previously the Regional Director of Sales, Middle East, for the
Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group.
Scott Robison is now on Maui at the
Ritz-Carlton Kapalua as Director of Sales and Marketing. For the past four years, he had been in the same post for the
Ritz-Carlton Tysons Corner. He is the former Director of Sales for the
Lansdowne Resort.
The
Rest Detail Hotel Hua Hin has appointed
Prawate Khumchart Director of Sales and Marketing, based in Bangkok. Most recently, he was the Cluster Director of Sales at
Courtyard by Marriott Resorts Thailand.
Adi Sidhwa has moved to Bangkok as Director of Sales and Marketing for the
Grand Hyatt Erawan. Sidhwa was most recently in the same position for the
Andaz Wall Street and the former Associate Director of Sales for the
Grand Hyatt New York.
Claudine Flores has been named Director of Group Sales at the
Four Seasons Lanai. She was most recently with the
Four Seasons Palo Alto as Director of Sales.
Bambi Bryant has been named Director of Leisure Sales for the
Turtle Bay Resort, based in Los Angeles. Previously, she served as Global Director of Leisure Sales for
Accor.
Alex Morrison has been named Director of Revenue Management for the
Turtle Bay Resort. He was most recently senior area Director of Revenue Management for
Crestline Hotels & Resorts.
Sotiris Ananiadis has been promoted to Executive Chef, moving to the
Four Seasons Tokyo. He was most recently the Executive Sous Chef at the
Four Seasons Beirut and the former Executive Sous Chef for the
W Retreat & Spa Maldives.
The
Viceroy Bali has named
Graeme Pullen Executive Chef for its
CasCades Restaurant. He is the former Executive Chef at
Aggie Grey's Lagoon Beach Resort & Spa in Western Samoa.
The
Four Seasons Hualalai has named
Adam Bardetta Director of Rooms. Since 2007, he had served as Director of Rooms at the
Four Seasons Bali at Jimbaran Bay.
Jeevan Prakash has been promoted to Director of Rooms at the
Regent Singapore. He has been with the hotel since 2003, most recently as Assistant Director of Rooms.
Raffles Singapore has appointed
Massimo Moreschini Director of Rooms. He is the former Rooms Division Director for the
Celtic Manor Resort.

Six Senses Zighy Bay welcomes
Axel Jarosch as General Manager. Most recently, Jarosch was the Operations Director in charge of hotel openings for
Anantara Hotels, Resorts & Spas based in Abu Dhabi. He is the former General Manager of the
Anantara Al Madina A'Zarqa Oman Resort & Spa.
Thomas Gebler has joined the
Rosewood Abu Dhabi as Director of Food and Beverage. He was most recently in the same role for the
Waldorf Astoria Shanghai on the Bund. He is the former Director of Operations for the
Hotel Astoria St. Petersburg.
The
Fairmont Baku, slated to open in August in one of the three Flame Towers, has named
Jean-Luc Aman Executive Chef. He was most recently in the same post for the
Al Bustan Palace InterContinental Muscat.
John Cordeaux has been named opening Executive Chef at the
Fairmont Palm Jumeirah, Dubai, slated to open in September. He is the former Executive Chef at the
Fairmont Bab Al Bahr Hotel.
Cyril Calmet has been named Chef de Cuisine at
Pearls and Caviar in the
Shangri-La Abu Dhabi. He is the former Chef de Cuisine at the
Peninsula Chicago and Sous Chef for the
Sofitel Chicago Water Tower.
