This quantitative study, conducted by OnePoll on behalf of SLH, explored traveller fatigue, the barriers to meaningful rest, and the ways in which travel can support holistic wellbeing across seven dimensions: physical, emotional, mental, social, creative, sensory, and spiritual.
The world is tired
