Michelin presents the first selection of the MICHELIN Guide Istanbul 2023 Tuesday, 18th October 2022
53 restaurants making the selection, the Istanbul culinary map greatly impressed the MICHELIN Guide inspectors.
Among these restaurants, 10 received a Bib Gourmand and 4 others were awarded One MICHELIN Star. Neolokal added a MICHELIN Green Star to its red Star, in recognition for its pioneering approach to sustainable gastronomy.
