The Property Performance Score tells you how your listings are performing and what you can do to boost them.

Booking.com has put together some tips to help you reach a 100% property page score and attract more guests to your property. You can check out your Property Page Score and find out how you can improve your content in your Booking.com extranet or in airHMS under BOOKING.COM > CONTENT.

Benefit: You can expect up to 18% more bookings* by improving your property page score.

Offer Occupancy Based Pricing and Solo Rates

Prices for single use and Occupancy Based Pricing helps you appear in more search results, giving you a better chance of getting bookings. airHMS supports Booking.com’s occupancy pricing model (OBP) which allows set prices depending on the number of actual guests.
