Some Things Are Not To Be Shared, Especially Not On Social Media

A little help to avoid creating your own social media crisis: Before posting anything to social media you need to ask yourself – 'What could go wrong here?', could I be insulting a stakeholder group? Does this message mean the same to an outsider as it did to our internal team? What about possible misinterpretations, or bad translations into other languages?.

While the specific concerns vary depending on your industry, region, and any number of other factors, the important thing is that you’re aware trouble is only one tap of the SEND button away in today’s hyper-sensitive world.
