The tourism is flourishing: in Turkey a great number of new hotels will be built; according to TOPHOTELPROJECTS, the worldwide leading provider of global b2b hotel data currently 59 hotel construction projects with more than 10,800 rooms are in the pipeline.

Only this year 16 new resorts will open their doors with about 6,000 rooms at the Mediterranean coast near Antalya.

The new airport near Antalya will bring more tourists – therefore lots of the new hotels are located in the region around the southern Turkish city. In Belek the world's third Missoni Hotel (by Carlson Rezidor) will be inaugurated. Furthermore another large hotel by TUI, the Best Family Bellis with 600 rooms will open this year in Belek.

A new highlight will be the almost finished Regnum Carya Golf & Spa Resort in Belek (below): the vacation hotel offers 533 rooms and an illuminated golf course to play during the night.
