China Vanke Company Limited is partnering Solis Hotels & Resorts to debut the first Solis property in China.

The flagship 200-room Solis Vanke Centre, Shenzhen will be located in the popular resort area of Yantian, offering guests convenient access to Dameisha Beach, and other amenities such as theme parks, golf courses, and business and shopping centres.

The property will be directly connected to the 8,000-square-metre Vanke International Conference Centre, which offers among other meeting facilities, a 1,100-square-metre grand ballroom.

The project will be completed in two phases, with the conference centre opening end of June this year, followed by the hotel opening during the second quarter of 2012.
