JAL gets out of hotel business, sells hotel unit to Okura.

JAL is in the final stage of negotiations with Hotel Okura to sell JAL Hotels, comprising 41 hotels in Japan and 17 hotels located overseas.

Currently operating Hotel Okura Tokyo and hotels in other cities such as Kyoto and Fukuoka, Hotel Okura aims to further expand its business through the acquisition of JAL Hotels.
