Jumeirah seals Abu Dhabi.

The Jumeirah Group has signed a management agreement with Abu Dhabi-based Al Farida Investment Company for the 220-room Jumeirah Al Ain Hotel, in the city of Al Ain, Abu Dhabi.

The hotel is being developed in the Al Ain Mall, which is owned by Al Farida, as part of an AED800 million (US$218 million) mixed-use project.

The construction work started last year and the hotel is expected to be operational by spring 2011.
