The newly launched partner program is designed to enhance the general awareness and online presence of vacation rentals in the Travel and Hospitality industry.
ResortQuest International, Inc., a leading Vacation Rental Management and Real Estate Company, has launched the new ResortQuest Partner Program.
Built on the principle that the industry is strongest when vacation rental companies work together, ResortQuest has constructed a brand new Web site that features ResortQuest locations alongside other independent vacation rental companies.
"Last December, ResortQuest.com re-launched to become a true portal featuring both ResortQuest owned locations and all quality partner vacation rental companies," says ResortQuest's CEO, Park Brady. "Inviting other high quality vacation rental companies onto our homepage is part of an innovative initiative to grow the vacation rental industry. The program allows other vacation rental companies to team up with ResortQuest and benefit from our online equity and enhanced Web marketing. Partners receive the benefit of quality link building, better search rankings, best practices and expanded homeowner perks. Partners also receive one-on-one guidance from ResortQuest's Web Marketing team, who provide partners with monthly Web site analysis and market-share statistics and comparisons."
John Ellis, ResortQuest's Senior Marketing Manager and SEM specialist, elaborates further, saying, "The value of teaming up with qualified partners results in higher natural search rankings for all involved. The more quality vacation rental companies featured on ResortQuest.com, the higher the natural search rankings will be for ResortQuest and all participating companies. In very real terms, the success of one company is shared across the whole network. The better one does, the better we all do."
To grow partners' Web presence, the ResortQuest team conducts monthly online seminars, covering the full range of topics encompassing Internet marketing. Topics include Link Building, Traffic Report Analysis, E-mail Marketing, Banner Advertising, and Web site Development, just to name a few.
"Our goal is to provide partners with the most essential online tools and expertise at a low, fixed cost," says Rob Earp, ResortQuest Senior Online Marketing Manager. "Most vacation portals charge a commission for every sale or referral. And most consultation firms charge clients by the hour. But that's not how it works with the Partner Program. Partners receive exclusive placement on our homepage page, access to the ResortQuest Web team, and monthly traffic reports that show how partners are trending versus their competition."
Current and potential ResortQuest Partners are invited to meet up with John Ellis and Rob Earp at the 17th Annual VRMA Eastern Seminar in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. ResortQuest will have a very active role in the VRMA conference, including sponsorship and participation in an expert search engine marketing panel.
Though the ResortQuest Partner Program is focused on achieving online success, it does include one "offline" component to help homeowners have more fun.
"QuestPerks is another important part of the program," says Park Brady, "because it provides ResortQuest and Partners' homeowners with vacation rental discounts across the entire ResortQuest-Partner network. Even small, local companies can now offer homeowners terrific vacation rentals discounts in popular destinations ranging from Aspen to Hilton Head and beyond. This gives them a distinct advantage over their competitors."
Since the Partner Program was launched in November 2007, ResortQuest has signed many new partners, including Windermere, featuring Palms Springs Vacation Rentals. "The experience and expertise we get as a ResortQuest Partner is something we must utilize to grow our success online," says Jim Pearce, Windermere's Owner and General Manager.
Dan Kline, Vice-President of Orlando's Magical Memories is thrilled to partner with the vacation rental leader, saying, "ResortQuest offers a unique opportunity to inform a wider audience about our Orlando vacation rentals and condos. We anticipate this partnership to increase vacationers' awareness of vacation rentals as a mainstream lodging alternative to hotels in Orlando and throughout the United States."
ResortQuest currently manages Destin vacation rentals, Hilton Head vacation rentals, and many other popular beach destinations. ResortQuest also manages ski destinations, such Aspen, Steamboat Springs, Park City, Sun Valley, Telluride, and Breckenridge vacation rentals.
ResortQuest will be announcing new international partners in the near future including the popular destinations of Costa Rica and Mexico.
