Four ResortQuest Destinations Rank in the World's Top 15 Resorts

Five communities managed by ResortQuest International, the nation's leading manager and marketer of vacation condos, homes and villas, have been recognized among the world's best tennis resorts.

Two ResortQuest-managed properties -- Tops'l Beach and Racquet Resort in Destin, Florida, and Sea Colony Beach and Tennis Resort in Bethany Beach, Delaware -- and two other ResortQuest destinations landed in the top 15 in a recent ranking published by Tennis Resorts Online, a leading tennis web site.

Tops'l Beach and Racquet Resort was ranked sixth best in the world and Sea Colony Beach and Tennis Resort 14th. Aside from its ranking as sixth best in the world, Tops'l is number five for "Best Game Matching" and four for "Best Instruction Programs and Events." Sea Colony is number four for "Best Junior Tennis Program." "The properties are appealing because of the quality of their programs, instructors and other guest players at the resort," said Tennis Resorts Online.

"We're delighted to once again receive such outstanding rankings for the resorts we manage. It is a compliment to the homeowners associations in those fine communities, our outstanding staff and our guests," said Jim Olin, ResortQuest President and CEO.

Hilton Head Island, S.C., is another popular ResortQuest destination that scored well in the rankings. Sea Pines Resort came in 10th and Shipyard Plantation 12th, both private clubs on the island. Sea Pines came in at number one for "Best Junior Tennis Program," number two for "Best Instruction Programs and Events," and number four for "Best Overall Children's Programs." ResortQuest has more than 600 rental units in Hilton Head.

Captiva Island, Fla., also offers a spectacular tennis destination at South Seas Plantation, number 47th on the list.

"ResortQuest strives to offer our guests the convenience of being able to vacation and play quality tennis at such spectacular facilities and destinations," said Olin. "We have guests coming back year after year because of the facilities and the friends they have made on the court while vacationing with us."

Vacationers at the resorts were asked to evaluate the properties they knew in 15 different categories to come up with the "World's Top 75 Tennis Resorts" in Tennis Resorts Online's fourth annual ranking.

ResortQuest has tennis packages starting at $65 per person per night, based on a 3-night minimum and 4 people in a 2-bedroom courtside tennis villa. Packages include accommodations and court time. For more information on other tennis specials, visit the web site at www.resortquest.com.
