Sofitel London Heathrow is set to revolutionise the handling of its conference and events bookings, with the introduction of Delphi® from Newmarket International. 

The £180million, 605-bedroom hotel with direct access to Terminal 5 will boast 41 event, meeting and boardrooms ranging in size from small informal meetings to a maximum capacity of 1700 – making the venue an ideal proposition for all international meeting planners.

"One of our key requirements was that our customers should find it very easy to access meaningful and accurate information from us about our MICE facilities - Newmarket certainly fits the bill."

Prospective customers will benefit from the MeetingBroker^SM RFP toolkit solution which will operate from Sofitel London Heathrow's own website allowing customers to enquire and send electronic RFPs directly to the hotel. 

Also available will be Delphi Diagrams™, a powerful room diagramming application, which presents meeting and event space to clients in a more visual manner, offering an in-depth look and feel of the property.
