STB is excited to announce that THERME GROUP Singapore will be bringing Singapore’s first-ever dedicated wellness attraction to Marina South Coast.

Set to open by 2030, this 4-hectare facility will offer a diverse range of experiences from thermal baths to water slides, designed to appeal to multiple demographics, including families, seniors, and working adults.

Therme Group’s proposal stands out with its visionary approach to wellness, blending physical, mental, and emotional well-being into one seamless experience.

By combining thermal pools, saunas, and cultural programming, the attraction promises to be an immersive escape, offering visitors and locals a space to rejuvenate and reconnect. This marks Therme Group’s first ever wellness attraction in Asia, bringing their global expertise and innovative solutions to Singapore.

Located in Marina Bay near iconic landmarks such as Gardens by the Bay and the upcoming Founders’ Memorial, the wellness attraction is set to attract 2 million visitors annually at its full operational capacity, with nearly half coming from international markets.

It will significantly contribute to Singapore’s global tourism footprint, tapping into the robust growth of wellness tourism, which is expected to grow by 10.2% by 2028 globally. 🌍

This project marks a pivotal step in Singapore’s Tourism 2040 vision, positioning wellness as a cornerstone of our future tourism offerings.
