SO/ Ras Al Khaimah will open in November 2025, as Ennismore continues to strengthen its global position in the all-inclusive market.

SO/ Ras Al Khaimah is set to open later this year, marking the brand’s first all-inclusive resort outside Europe and its debut in Ras Al Khaimah. Nestled along the emirate’s stunning coastline, where desert, mangroves, mountains, and turquoise waters meet, the resort offers 257 bedrooms and suites with uninterrupted sea views.

The design draws on local landscapes with sunset oranges, sandy tones, deep ocean teals, and shades of green, accented with light walnut, sandstone, and bronze details. Guests can enjoy five signature dining experiences, including Italian, Levantine, Japanese, Pan-Asian, and casual all-day options, plus two pool bars, an adults-only beach club, and a high-end cocktail bar.

Wellness and recreation are central, with a spa, sauna, cold-water pool, gym, and seven nearby golf courses. The resort also features flexible event spaces for up to 345 guests. Adventure seekers can enjoy sunrise dune walks, horse riding, kayaking, and more along Ras Al Khaimah’s breathtaking landscapes.
