Wyndham Hotels & Resorts and Worldwide Hotels (WWH) have signed a strategic franchise agreement to introduce Days Inn by Wyndham Singapore Novena.
This collaboration brings together Wyndham’s global scale and brand recognition with Worldwide Hotels’ strong local presence and proven track record in mid-tier hospitality.
The new 362-room hotel will be rebranded from the existing Value Hotel Thomson and is scheduled to undergo renovation beginning end of Q2 2026, with a planned opening in August 2026. Upon completion, the hotel will feature a swimming pool and pool deck, indoor and outdoor fitness areas, and an all-day dining restaurant, providing guests with modern comfort and value in a convenient city location.
Positioned to serve leisure and business travelers as well as group segments, the property will attract guests from China, India, and Southeast Asia, and beyond, further enhancing the appeal of Singapore as a world-class travel destination.
