Hyatt continues to redefine modern, community-driven hospitality with the expansion of its Caption by Hyatt brand across Asia Pacific, marked by two new openings.

Designed to be “of the community, not just in it”, Caption by Hyatt hotels create spaces that bring people together through flexible, social environments anchored by Talk Shop — an all-day venue where guests and locals can connect over food, drinks, and shared experiences. Each property blends intuitive, self-activated design with local culture and sustainability, appealing to a new generation of travelers who value authenticity and connection.

Caption by Hyatt Central Sydney brings a fresh wave of lifestyle hospitality to Australia, transforming Haymarket into a vibrant hub of creativity and connection — where local art, culture, and community spirit come together in a sustainable, design-forward setting.

Caption by Hyatt Kabutocho Tokyo transforms Tokyo’s historic financial district into a neighborhood hub alive with art, culture, and culinary creativity — recently recognized under Japan’s DBJ Green Building Certification for its sustainability efforts.

Together, these openings represent a new milestone to Hyatt’s growth momentum in Asia Pacific, strengthening its Essentials Brand portfolio in key urban gateways.
