The latest international arrivals are in, and whilst Vietnam's growth for Sep 2025 is +20% YoY, it's the first time in 2025 that it has dipped below 2019 figures.

Indonesia's Aug 2025 figures are similar at 1.5 mil, but +12% YoY and +2% MoM.

Meanwhile, the Thailand-Cambodia conflict takes its toll on arrivals to Cambodia in Aug 2025, falling 38% YoY to 338k as Thai arrivals drop drastically by 92% YoY.

More hotels across Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Laos, the Philippines and Vietnam receive Michelin Keys ratings, after a successful 2024 pilot in Thailand.

Seaplanes in focus this week, as a proposed plan is discussed in Phuket to give quicker access to neighbouring islands, whilst Indonesia completes water landing trials for Lake Toba, with hopes to offer fast connections to Medan and Silangit.
