Aimbridge Hospitality announced that it has assumed management of the Wyndham Alltra Punta Cana and Wyndham Alltra Samaná, two all-inclusive resorts in the Dominican Republic.

Both properties fall under Aimbridge's newly launched All-Inclusive division, introduced in August.

"We are proud to partner with Advanced Asset Management and Casa Marina Samaná in the operation of these two all-inclusive resorts," said Craig S. Smith, CEO of Aimbridge Hospitality. "Their vision and investment in these properties reflect a deep commitment to quality and long-term value, and we're honored to bring our operational expertise to support that vision. This agreement underscores our mutual focus on high-performing assets and the increasing appeal of the all-inclusive model."

The Wyndham Alltra Punta Cana is owned by Advanced Asset Management (AAM), a leading fund management company. The Wyndham Alltra Samaná is owned by Casa Marina Samaná, S.A.S. Through strategic investment and repositioning under the Wyndham Alltra brand, the ownership groups have reinforced their commitment to hospitality excellence and to meeting growing demand for all-inclusive experiences in the region.

"Operating all-inclusive resorts in this region requires operational expertise, commercial strategies, and brand alignment. We are confident that Aimbridge is the right choice to bring the full potential of these properties to life," said Carlos Ruiz, Chief Investment Officer of Advanced Asset Management. "Our agreement with Aimbridge reflects our shared commitment to excellence and long-term value creation."

Wyndham Alltra Punta Cana spans 47 acres of palm-lined beachfront in Uvero Alto, offering 620 contemporarily appointed rooms and suites. The resort showcases the Caribbean's longest pool at 1,600 meters, nine distinct dining venues, nine bars and lounges, and the full-service Aura Spa. With multiple pools, a state-of-the-art water park, a modern fitness center, and daily activities and entertainment, the resort delivers something for every guest.

Wyndham Alltra Samaná features 404 spacious rooms, bungalows, and suites set amid 37 acres of coastal beauty, including a breathtaking beach with a private cove and crystal-clear waters. Guests can enjoy five restaurants – including Umi, a new fusion Asian concept – along with five bars and lounges serving everything from artisanal buffets and beachside grills to imaginative à la carte dining. The resort also offers four sparkling pools, live nightly entertainment, and easy access to nearby natural preserves, waterfalls, and secluded beaches, blending relaxation with adventure in a truly tropical setting.

Both properties began extensive renovations in 2024, preserving the essence of their all-inclusive offerings while updating the guest offerings through contemporary accommodations, enhanced culinary options, and expanded recreational amenities.

"We are excited that Aimbridge Hospitality, a trusted partner with a proven track record managing Wyndham hotels in the region, has been selected to operate these fantastic Wyndham Alltra resorts," said Gustavo Viescas, President, Wyndham Hotels & Resorts - Latin America & Caribbean. "These properties have been part of the Wyndham family for several months, and Aimbridge's deep operational expertise and commitment to excellence make them the ideal partner to unlock the full potential of these resorts. Together, we look forward to elevating the guest experience and driving long-term success in the growing all-inclusive segment."

Building on its global footprint, Aimbridge established the dedicated All-Inclusive division to meet the growing opportunity to provide third party management services in this growing category.

"We're thrilled to manage these exceptional properties and bring our specialized capabilities to Punta Cana and Samaná," said Leandro Castillo, President of Aimbridge LATAM. "With our newly established All-Inclusive division and strong operational capabilities across Latin America and the Caribbean, our teams are well-equipped to deliver the precision, care, and performance that this segment demands."

The all-inclusive model is one of the fastest-growing segments in leisure travel, driven by rising demand for curated experiences, elevated service, and distinctive offerings. According to STR data, all-inclusive hotels are expanding at four times the rate of other leisure segments, drawing the increasing interest of hotel owners, investors and brands. Major hotel companies are growing their all-inclusive portfolios primarily through franchise agreements, creating new opportunities for quality operators like Aimbridge.
