The volume, elegantly clad in embossed beige synthetic leather, showcases 136 member hotels over 528 pages. The combination of stunning photography and up to 10 pages of in-depth architectural and design reporting reveal the unique identities and stylistic emotions of each hotel.
The message that comes out even stronger in this second edition of the Yearbook is that architecture and design play more than just an aesthetic role in the selection of member hotels. They are the framework and the premise for innovative, forward-thinking and distinctly unique hotel experiences.
The publication, with a limited print run of 10.000 copies, is both a yearbook of member hotels as well as a platform for expressing the design hotels(tm) vision and philosophy.
New this year are portraits of renowned architects and designers such as Jaya Ibrahim, India Mahdavi and Karim Rashid featuring the hotels they designed and their signature styles.
