The company, which already has several certifications and awards in the Spanish market, is now working to strengthen its employer brand in Germany by holding three open house events.
These events, known as Talent Days, will aim to raise awareness of the hotel chain in the main cities where they are present in the country, and where attendees can enjoy presentations of the value proposition to employees, the company's values, benefits and opportunities for growth, development and continuing education offered to its employees, as well as the different brands and hotels that make up the group in Germany.
In addition, activities will be carried out together with members of the Meliá team to create moments in which to exchange experiences and impressions about the hotel sector and specifically, Meliá Hotels International.
All this sprinkled with live music, performances by artists and many other surprises.
