Associates and guests staying at these hotels were evacuated and are safe and accounted for in temporary shelters located further inland. We continue to assess conditions in the area and are currently working to address the specific needs of our guests and associates.

Cancellation fees have been waived for guests with existing reservations at The Ritz-Carlton, Cancun, JW Marriott Cancun Resort & Spa, and Casa Magna Marriott Cancun Resort through December 31, 2005.
