In a mutual agreement with the property owner, Four Seasons will manage the hotel and residences until May 15, 2020.

Four Seasons and Shanghai 21st Century Hotel Co. Ltd will continue to work collaboratively to ensure a smooth transition to new management.

It will be business as usual in the meantime and employees will continue to provide the same exceptional service that guests and residents have come to expect.

From May 16, 2020 onwards, the Hotel may close for a very short period of time before reopening under new luxury management.

Meanwhile Four Seasons continues to maintain its presence in Greater China with eight hotels in key locations.
