Accor has announced a new strategic partnership between its new lifestyle loyalty programme, ALL - Accor Live Limitless and South East Asia’s leading super app, Grab.

The deal brings together two of the biggest names in hospitality and technology to give members access to rewards and benefits including the ability to transfer points across programmes and make travel more seamless.

ALL offers members access to a holistic ecosystem of experiences across hotels, bars and restaurants, nightclubs, sporting events, entertainment, food festivals and more.

The partnership means Grab members can already use their GrabRewards points to access “money can’t buy” experiences through Accor’s 39 brands, and ALL members will soon be able to redeem their points for GrabRewards benefits and rewards in various categories, like food and beverage, travel and shopping.

GrabRewards is the largest loyalty programme in Southeast Asia that rewards users for everyday transactions. Grab is Southeast Asia’s leading super app, offering a range of services including ride-hailing, food delivery services, digital payments and financial services.

Mehdi Hemici, SVP Business Development & Partnerships at Accor said, “Our new loyalty ambition drives everyday customer value through ALL – Accor Live Limitless. This first major ride-hailing partnership is a significant milestone in South-East Asia to reward our loyal members who use Grab regularly. Grab users will now discover our rich global benefits by joining our program and use their Grab Rewards to stay, eat, dine, shop and travel seamlessly around the world. After this first step, we will broaden our partnership with Grab through new features in the near future.”

ALL currently has 62 million loyalty members globally including over 19.4 million in Asia Pacific.
