This new-build complex is a 204-key luxury 5-star development due to open in the third quarter of 2018. The Mandarin Oriental, Maldives is a slice of paradise. It will be located a 45-minute seaplane ride away from the capital of Male, on its own exclusive island surrounded by clear blue waters and white sandy beaches. This 5-star resort will bost 114 villas, many of which are private with their own lush landscaping and access to a private pool.

A health and wellness centre will provide guests with the ultimate in rest and relaxation in this idyllic getaway.

The Royal Atlantis Resort and Residences

The Royal Atlantis Resort and ResidencesThis themed property in Dubai will soar an incredible 47 storeys over the earth. The new-build, 5-star complex will house 791 rooms and residences, as well as 230 luxury suites.

Due for completion in the third quarter of 2019, The Royal Atlantis Resort will follow in the footsteps of many famous hotels in Dubai by being situated on a purpose-built sculptural bay that will afford visitors incredible views out over the water beyond.

Capella Bangkok

This luxurious 5-star hotel will open at the start of 2019 on the Chao Phraya River in Bangkok, Thailand. It will form part of a larger complex which will contain various retail, entertainment and commercial facilities.

The Capella Bangkok will be a 100-room tower that will also include some private villas on the waterfront. All of the guest rooms will benefit from sky gardens and outdoor areas.

Visitors will be able to dine at one of the two on-site restaurants and the use the outdoor swimming pool. The mixed-use development will also feature a Four Seasons hotel.
