XML interface with Asiatravel

The 2-way interface allows you to automatically update prices and inventory to Asiatravel and import bookings into Unplugged Collection.

Send payment requests to guests

We have created a special link to send a specific payment request to a guest. Send the request to the guest by email or auto action using template variables and they can click on the link and be taken to a secure page to make a payment or enter their card details.

Guests can View/Modify/Cancel their own reservation

Guests can now view their bookings from the guest login area: https://www.unpluggedcollection.com/guest_login.php 

You can allow guests to cancel bookings themselves. If you allow cancellations you can send your guests a link to let them cancel via the system without contacting you. Include a template variable into your e-mail confirmation message. This will add a link to the guest login where the guest can cancel the booking.

When guests cancel a booking they will receive a system notification that the booking was cancelled. 

Hotels keen to experience the Unplugged Collection’ cloud-based Property Management System, can now set up a subscription account by themselves and there are zero obligations.

The trial account allows access to the dashboard, reservations calendar, database layout, channel manager, reports and more. Test reservations / bookings can be added to try the system for informed PMS selection and decision making.

Unplugged Collection does not charge any commission on bookings through its systems. Subscription is charged monthly/annually.
