InterContinental Hotels Group announced today the opening of a 215-room Crowne Plaza Hotel in Oklahoma City, Okla., with plans to complete a $2.5 million renovation this year. With the addition of the Crowne Plaza Oklahoma City, there are now two Crowne Plaza hotels with nearly 700 guestrooms in the state of Oklahoma.

This contemporary hotel's renovations will include a complete transformation of the hotel's guestrooms, lobby, restaurant and lounge areas, as well as exterior landscaping and building updates. Standard guestroom amenities include: voice mail, coffee maker, hair dryer, iron and ironing board and high speed Internet access. The Crowne Plaza Oklahoma City also offers a 24-hour reception desk, express checkout, in-room video checkout, same day laundry and valet, outdoor pool, 24-hour fitness center, 24-hour business center, free newspaper and complimentary shuttle service to area businesses and attractions.
