As human beings we respond to fear in different ways. Physically our heart may beat faster, our voice may tremble, we may feel sick to our stomach or we may even become defiant.
Everybody is different and what invokes these feelings in one person is something that the next person may take in their stride.

- Inhibit Initiative
- Circumvent Creativity
- Promote Poor Productivity

Fear makes us focus on the undesirable. It creates a negative attitude and thoughts that make us feel lousy and act irrationally. Everyone experiences fear. It is human nature to be afraid of certain things and its human nature to be afraid of uncertainty. The question becomes, why it have such an influence on our business success.
Simply put, success is created by people and people have a nature about them that automatically instills fear into different situations based on individual experience, character and the environment we exist within.
I believe we should approach every challenge we face in life with cautious optimism.
