Case Study: Multichannel Marketing Campaign.

Background: Today's hyper-interactive travel consumers are seeing your marketing message across a variety of different channels.

Hoteliers need to reach future and current customers and multiple touch-points and simultaneously utilize all available marketing channels.

HeBS Digital has launched many award-winning, multichannel marketing campaigns for its clients, producing a compound effect and far greater returns than each individual marketing format would bring.

Case Study:

Shell Vacations Hospitality offers a brand-wide special every Black Friday to generate interest and stimulate bookings in what is traditionally the slowest booking period of the year.

While last year's Black Friday Travel Sale was a huge success, this year they wanted to generate even more bookings, and to collect more mobile phone numbers, email addresses, and followers on their social media profiles, to be used for future marketing initiatives.

Action Plan:

HeBS Digital built an interactive microsite to be the centerpiece of the Black Friday Travel Sale campaign. HeBS Digital wanted to help Shell Vacations Hospitality reach consumers at more touch points by using multiple marketing channels.

The special rates of up to 50% off were available from "White Wednesday" (the Wednesday before Black Friday) through Cyber Monday. SVH also ran a contest through the microsite in which users were encouraged to visit the brand's various social media profiles to find the ‘secret code words.'
