Elizabeth Rich has been absorbed in the business events industry for over 25 years - as an organiser - writer - speaker- trainer and industry consultant through her company Agenda Pty Ltd. She has spent many years representing her industry, initially as chief executive of the Meetings Industry Association of Australia and now Executive Director of the Business Events Council of Australia.
