Hyatt announced that a Hyatt affiliate has entered into an agreement with an affiliate of Fungseng Prosperity Holdings Limited to develop a 188-room Alila hotel in the Jing’an District of Shanghai.

The hotel was previously Four Seasons Puxi. >>
