A new 270 key Ramada branded property is rising in Phuket Town; The hotel is part the Muang Chaofah mixed-use development which will include retail outlets, a theatre and conference center accommodating 700 people.

Wyndham Hotel Group has licensed the name under a franchise deal, with Bangkok’s Kosmopolitan Hospitalty as the operater.

Franchising is a rising tide in Asia, and white label management groups like Kosmopolitan are expected to grow over the next few years.
