In a statement released to the Singapore Exchange, the Board of Directors of UOL Group Limited announced Imbardelli's last day of service would be November 30, 2013.

His resignation is 'due to his intention to pursue other career opportunities'.

RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR/PRESIDENT & CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER ('CEO') OF PAN PACIFIC HOTELS GROUP LIMITED

The Board of Directors of UOL Group Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce the resignation of Mr Amedeo Patrick Imbardelli as a Director/President & CEO of Pan Pacific Hotels Group Limited ("PPHG"), a subsidiary of the Company. His last day of service shall be 30 November 2013. Mr Imbardelli's resignation is due to his intention to pursue other career opportunities.

The Board of Directors would like to place on record its appreciation for Mr Imbardelli's services and contributions to PPHG.

The details and declaration of Mr Imbardelli as required under Rule 704(7) of the Listing Manual of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited are contained in the separate SGXNET announcement made today.
