Carlson has announced that it has completed the acquisition of the majority interest in RHW Hotel Management Services Ltd (RHW), a leading hotel management and consultancy services company in India which has been managing Carlson-branded hotels in the country since 1998.
The acquisition comes after Carlson had signed agreements to open 75 RadissonŽ, Country Inns & Suites By CarlsonSM, Park InnŽ and Park PlazaŽ hotels in Asia Pacific by 2013.
Fifteen of the 18 hotels that Carlson plans to open across Asia Pacific will be located in India.
