Richard Hartman is to retire as the chief executive of Millennium & Copthorne (M&C) by the end of 2010, the company has announced.
Mr Hartman, 64, will though subsequently remain on the board as a non-executive director and a senior adviser.
M&C has begun the search for a successor to Hartman, who joined M&C in April 2008.
